Mitchell lodge hosted a comfortplus product morning today.
Thank you to you it was a wonderful morning. Cream scones with jam and raspberries tea and coffee all round and a £5 voucher to my lovely owners. The guys were wonderful very friendly honest no pushing to sell.

The representatives were very relational, kind and interested in our livestyle in Kings Lodge. As promised, they provided and handed round coffee! Their demonstrations were excellent and they were very prepared to permit residents to try out some of the furniture items themselves. They also spoke privately to residents interested in purchasing items. They told us about the promotional offer of bedding, being provided by ComfortPlus, which would be sent separately.

I liked he idea because I've got some problems with circulation. I can raise the foot of the bed up and it's stopped alot of the tingling sensations in my legs and feet. The massage system is a great comfort also to my lower back and legs

Arrived on time with my new riser recliner chair.
Very efficient, did all they could when organising where the chair would be best for me and were only here for about 1 hour.
Complete instructions were given as to how to work the remotes & told me a few times that if I needed any adjustments, they were happy to come back to me.

I am very pleased with the chair, especially as it is made to measure. It is more comfortable than the standard reclining chair I used before.
The bed is excellent and have slept much better with it. I enjoy sitting up in bed to watch TV or read (with the light on). Have not had the need yet to bring my feet up. Andy did promise he would include a pillow though free of charge which never came.

Demonstration was very good. Delivery was before expected time and actual delivery was efficient, speedy and staff polite and helpful. Bed is proving very .comfortable

All those who came to my apartment, the ones taking the order and those delivering the bed were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. They even had a quick look at my chair while they were here and sorted out the little noise!

Bed arrived on time and old bed removed promptly before new bed being assembled and demonstrated. First night was a bit of an experience getting used to a new mattress as it was firmer than expected but after 2 weeks I am getting used to it. The positions are very easy to adjust and it is much easier to change the fitted sheet as the bed can be adjusted higher a both ends. So far so good!
