Efficient and friendly staff

The delivery of the new bed went well except for a mark on the mattress which was reported to the office. Subsequently I had a phone call to apologise and assure me that a new replacement mattress will be delivered. More recently I had a call with a date for that delivery. I'm very happy with the service.

The delivery and installation was very good. The bed is very comfortable and very easy to get out of. If I have a slight problem it's that it is rather high off the floor making it a little difficult to get in.

Gentleman who delivered product were great even when they had to take door off its hinges to remove my old chair did it with a smile on their faces Turned up on time Very pleased with chair

Chairs very comfortable and cosy in winter evenings.Do everything said on the tin so no complaints in this regard.
The delivery and set up went without hitch.
To be picky. We both have samung smart phones but they would not self charge on table. The controls are very sensitive and can switch on when placing in pockets which can be annoying.

This was a big mistake and if I could return the chairs for a refund I would, although this would leave us short of a settee and a footstool.
They cost what feels like a big sum of money so I am inclined to be picky.
I really don't find my chair comfortable. The seat is not long enough and I don't like my feet hanging off the end when the leg support is raised.
The chairs are too big for the room - I was concerned about this when we were ordering them but it is much worse than I feared.
I expected to be able to use the tables for cups or plates but when the chairs were delivered we were advised not to do this - just to use them for books or phones, which I think makes them useless.
The power switch on the massage controller is far too sensitive so there is no good place to keep it.

Found the process of buying a chair for my disabled husband excellent from start to finish. Staff very friendly and helpful and a very pleased with the chair. All elements work well and have been well designed. Chair is definitely making my husband more comfortable

Nice product reclining chair just getting used to it have noticed I have slight back ache apart from that it's better than the first one I had

I have had a reclining chair from Comfort plus, for a couple of years and wanted a matching settee. I had a very helpful and informative telephone conversation followed up by an email confirming what I required, costs etc.
The item was delivered by considerate and helpful delivery people. I am delighted with both the look and comfort of my new settee.

Everything agreed when purchasing the bed was dealt with as promised and the staff I met and dealt with were helpful and polite.

From start to finish the service was excellent.
A really good night's sleep and the bliss of the support while I have my early cup of tea! The pillow is great and the recliner chair really helps to keep my ankles down.
