Personal interaction with Comfort Plus employees always first rate

The beds were ready to be delivered earlier than expected by at least 2 weeks. They were delivered on the day and time booked soon after they were ready. The fitters worked efficiently and quickly putting them up and the mechanical features demonstrated and were easy to replicate. The finish on the beds was excellent with the drawers underneath capacious.

I recently had the pleasure of having a salesman named Kayne visit my mother to discuss a bespoke recliner. Here’s a review of our experience:

Professionalism and Presentation
Kayne arrived promptly and was exceptionally well-presented. His attire reflected professionalism, which immediately put my mother at ease.

Politeness and Approachability
From the moment he entered, Kayne was polite and friendly. He engaged with my mother in a warm manner, making her feel comfortable to ask questions about the recliner.

Knowledge and Responsiveness
One of the standout aspects of Kayne's visit was his ability to answer all of my mother's questions thoroughly. He demonstrated a deep knowledge of the product, explaining the features and benefits of the bespoke recliner in a way that was easy to understand.

Overall Impression
Overall, I would give Kayne top marks for his service. His combination of politeness, professionalism, and product knowledge made for an excellent sales experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality furniture and attentive service.

when I spoke to your employees on the phone they were always courteous, helpful and understanding.when I took delivery of the bed, sofa and chair the two men involved were courteous, efficient and worked extremely well together and I was very pleased with the service. However, because I am elderly and my brain is not as agile as it used to be I needed them to be slower in their explanations of the mechanisms particularly of the bed.

As far as the original demonstration was concerned I would have liked it to be less noisy, without alcohol and noise and jokes. I was suffering from low blood pressure when I arrived and by the time the demonstration was over I was shattered. The young man came to my bungalow in the afternoon and was helpful but I know that not every senior citizen wants to attend a rowdy demonstration. Some of us like dignity, respect and understanding.

The difference between the demonstration and the contacts with your employees by telephone was great and every person I spoke to over the phone represented your company very well indeed. They were far better than most companies I have to contact today.

I would definitely recommend your company and your goods but not the rowdy demonstration. I'm glad I had the energy to continue with the purchase after lunch in my own home and what a difference when I contacted your staff.

The chair and sofa are lovely in my lounge is much improved. I haven't quite got used to the bed. It looks attractive but I have not discovered how to put on the light.

I look forward to using the chair more this winter.

The chair was made to fit me and is very comfortable (although a bit heavy to push around). The bed too (though I question the need for memory settings in practice). The delivery was on time as arranged (despite atrocious weather and a long journey for the delivery men). They tackled 4 flights of stairs with little complaint! I am now enjoying more restful evenings and nights. Good value for money.

The product is good so far but I was not happy with the delivery experience. One of the men (the larger one) was quite abrupt, unpleasant and seemed to be in some dispute with the company.

I find the bed very uncomfortable. Matress far too hard. I need massage to relieve my back. May suit others but not me.

The installation eas great but I don't know how to move the chair I can see castors but don't know oe how to move them

It does what it says on the tin!!!

The staff doing the demonstrations on the day of sale/viewing were very good at their job and very pleasant.
The staff who delivered my new bed were quick and efficient and removed my old bed very quickly. They explained how to use both the remotes, so that I have been able to get the best out of my new bed. Very happy with it thank you.

Good service

I live in flats for elderly and Comfort Plus came to our lounge to demonstrate the products. Paul made the experience fun as well as very informative. I decided to order an adjustable bed. The customer service team kept me informed every step of the way.
I have just received my new bed. The delivery men Bradley and Stephen were helpful and obliging and were bang on time.
Although the beds are expensive, they carry a 25 year guarantee.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to invest in a recliner chair or an adjustable bed.

Up to now all is well I am still getting used to the new mattress

Courteous appraisal of my needs, no attempt to push more than I required. Delivery was quick and careful.
I needed to make an adjustment to one of the steel retaining fixtures to make sitting on the side of the bed comfortable, but that was simple.
