The delivery men turned up on time and were very polite, they assessed the rooms and work to be carried out. They were happy to move one bed into another room. The two men worked extremely hard to remove my old bed and install my new one and gave me comprehensive instructions on how to work the remote control. I haven’t tried it yet.

A great response, to our enquiry, and a prompt visit was arranged. Very full explanation, of the benefits of the chair, was carried out by the company representative. Delivery the following day, wonderful!! Full demonstration carried out by the delivery team. Generally very happy with the company.

Don't let these people in your home.
Agreed to book an appointment for a sales rep to visit and was told it would be no more than 30-40 mins. In the end they were here for 2 1/2 hours they didn't seem to take the hint to go away. The presentation on their beds is all based on lots of "pseudo" science and ridiculous claims about how their (£10,000) beds improve sleep. Don't let these people in your home.

The feedback we receive about our home demonstrations is usually very positive, with many customers telling us they value the time taken to explain the product, its features, and how different positions may assist with comfort, relaxation and sleep.
That said, we are sorry if you felt the appointment lasted longer than expected or that the presentation did not meet your expectations. We certainly do not wish anyone to feel uncomfortable in their own home, and your comments will be reviewed internally.
For clarity, Comfomatic does not use pseudo-science and we do not suggest that our products are medical devices or guaranteed to improve health. Our presentations are intended to explain adjustable comfort, positioning, product features and the importance of good sleep in a clear and practical way.

Purchase and delivery of bed
Salesman was very thorough explaining the function and benefits of the bed. Delivery was scheduled and rescheduled to meet our convenience. Installation and assembly was quick and tidy, by friendly delivery people - and confirmation phone calls before and afterwards were polite and thoughtful. I had great experience from the Representative Chimereze who explained what the chair could do to better my health and life. He was excellent in explaining everything to me and I'll give him 10 out of 10.
The driver Micheal delivered on time. He was excellent in fitting the chair together and showing me how the chair operated, he also worked really hard to get chair up to my flat up the stairs as the lift was out of order. I'll also give him a massive 10 out of 10.
