I just found out they have contacted my previous car finance company representing me. I have NEVER heard of this company until today when I received a letter from Blackhorse. Not only that, I also already have a claim in progress with a DIFFERENT claims management company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are being investigated by the FCA for falsifying signatures and signing consumers up without their consent. Disgusting, should be ashamed of yourselves and ABSOLUTELY should be shut down. I have reported them to the FCA, raised a formal complaint and threatened to take them to the ombudsman if this matter isn't resolved ASAP. DO NOT USE THEM!

Fake sign ups
As others have stated. I have been signed up to the company to handle car finance claims. I’ve not done that. I have on multiple occasions emailed this company stating this. Still months later I am getting emails. Stay well away !!
