Since then, we have sent a number of email communications providing claim-specific updates, as well as information regarding the ongoing legal challenge to the Financial Conduct Authority’s redress scheme. Update on claim
Just returned a missed call with consultation claims, spoke to Daniel who told me it was just a courtesy call to keep me updated on my claim. Very polite and informed me that my claims were being dealt with and would be in touch again when they have more news. Fully satisfied with their communications and fingers crossed for a rewarding outcome.
