Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Only available on the app between 9-5, limited amount of money accepted. Revolut is better

You’ve replied saying you’ve reached out, which you haven’t. I have complained on numerous occasions about the customer services and the fact it is easy to get scammed and counting up do nothing. There are far better banking apps and if counting up wants to keep up, it needs to up its game massively.

When this online bank started I was one…

When this online bank started I was one of first customers and it was great. Whilst it is still good, they have regular "outages" where "partners" are carrying out maintenance which is rather inconvenient. Contact is through their app (no phone line)and sometimes get the feeling that they care more about others rather than me as a customer. Won't be leaving them as of currently but if another service comes up thats better I would consider moving, even after all these years.

Slightly disappointed in the…v++232

Slightly disappointed in the experience. As a new start up we onboarded and answered all the relevant questions. Yet on our very first company payment in the account got frozen and then decided to send a barrage of questions regarding what we do in so far as a detailed walk-through of every thing that happens during a work day ir wasn't even a large payment and it contained all the supporting documents. They just clearly don't pay any attention to your application and decide to do their kyc checks once you have started business. And in my case now stopped doing business because of it

To add some context, your KYC/KYB checks are reviewed at the account opening stage, but I understand how you would have felt this may have been overlooked. Whilst these checks are undertaken, once an account is onboarded there are other checks that will take place - some of which are linked to payments. Based off of the context given in your review, this may have been what was experienced. These checks are in place due to regulatory requirements which we are required to meet.

We always do our best in these situations, but we're always happy to learn and take onboard feedback where we've maybe fallen short and could have done better.

Great account

Great account, App and features. Superb support. Only niggle is that the card can’t be used on Apple Pay….first world problems!

Great for start ups ltd business with multiple directors.

Easy to use and manage company accounts. However many payments we have for our website and email hosting do not accept this account which is making it difficult as we expand because we are having to pay ourselves and then reimburse which just makes it messy.

poor service quality

blocking funds for no reason ( transfers between accounts with the same name accounts ), not once, multiple times. My business is having delays with payments, and is also losing quick deal opportunities.
Consider me go !!!
