I needed a cover for my outdoor AC…
I needed a cover for my outdoor AC unit. I called and spoke to Berlin B in sales who spent a lot of time with me re: the modifications needed for a cover to work for me. After the phone conversation we I sent photos and video . Berlin was able to confirm that the modifications could be done .
After sending in my choices for fabric/color etc I received my quote , which is more than reasonable and placed the order . I am looking forward to receiving the cover to protect my investment through the winter months.

This is the third custom grill cover I…
This is the third custom grill cover I have ordered. All have been very high quality. The first two were a perfect fit.
The third one was too snug for the front drop down part of the grill. I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive in getting back to me to correct the issue. They made some corrections on the measurements and sent out a new cover that fits perfectly.

Process and Review for a Perfect Fit
Well thought out process from start to finish. I was able to correct a couple of measurement mistakes thanks to one of your team members that had reviewed my measurements and pictures of my Green Egg table. The team member provided information that allowed me to confidently make the correct measurements. The cove fits perfectly. The quality of the material is superior to the cover I replaced.

Beware of measurements when ordering custom covers!
Custom ordering process was great, but the end product is snug. The 2” ease that’s included in the measurements wasn’t enough for our item. The cover itself is very sturdy, just wish it were easier to put on.

Time consuming but worth the wait and effort!
It was painstaking to get the measurements correctly given the back and forth for days but I have to admit the end product is absolutely perfect and amazing. I ordered 7 covers for my outside furniture including a sectionnal with armchairs - and this company made the covers to my specifications and they fit to a T. Some a little long but that can be additional tucked under the leg. Would order again if I needed perfection!

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. Quality is poor. The measurements are not right and they try and the blame it on the buyer. They say you cannot return it because it was a custom cover, even though they do not deliver the proper measurements. Customer service is a mightmare! Avoid avoid avoid.
Since I cannot respond to the companies response...I will do it here. The measurements are still not correct. Like I said before, I would not recommend buying from this company.
