Time consuming but worth the wait and effort!
It was painstaking to get the measurements correctly given the back and forth for days but I have to admit the end product is absolutely perfect and amazing. I ordered 7 covers for my outside furniture including a sectionnal with armchairs - and this company made the covers to my specifications and they fit to a T. Some a little long but that can be additional tucked under the leg. Would order again if I needed perfection!

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. Quality is poor. The measurements are not right and they try and the blame it on the buyer. They say you cannot return it because it was a custom cover, even though they do not deliver the proper measurements. Customer service is a mightmare! Avoid avoid avoid.
Since I cannot respond to the companies response...I will do it here. The measurements are still not correct. Like I said before, I would not recommend buying from this company.

Delivery was quick and the covers are very nice. It was a challenge getting my cushions into the covers but they look nice and will stretch out upon being used.

Even though they admit that their rep took the wrong measurements off the product sheet they had on file, They ignore clients, when they finally reply they lie and charged us for their order. ALSO not a Canadian Company, this is run out of India and made in India, They don't care - STAY AWAY!

Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks, emailed less than a minute after the order was placed to change the color as it defaulted back to black and they would not accommodate stating it already went to production. They continue to tell me they can’t (more like won’t) accommodate the change and my order is on hold until I respond. Respond with what ok thanks for zero flexibility and customer needs and bend over. Stay away from this company.

I had an issue with a warranty claim on patio furniture covers I purchased about three years ago. After reaching out and explaining my concerns, Covers & All reviewed the situation and ultimately honored their 10-year warranty and is sending replacement covers.

I purchased a cover for an outdoor kitchen with a Kamado smoker. Customer service was responsive and very helpful heading me towards the right product. After confirming a thoroughly measurements check I got my product after 10 days. Quality is good as I was expecting, but customer service is what went above and beyond with my order. Will purchase again from this company.

The communication online and over the phone was great. If you need a truly custom cover this is the place to go. Just start by inputting your dimensions in the fields and ask for a mock up of the cover. From there you will be surprised how easy it is to review and communicate any issues or concerns.
