Cozy Crew Club Avis 

Lovely suit and is so soft and cozy. Only 4 stars because my little boy is quite long so I sized up and it just fits so should have went 2 sizes up instead but he never needed anything else 2 sizes up.

I bought some bits for a baby shower and paid for next express delivery to ensure they arrived before the occasion. I messaged after 4 days as had not heard anything and had a response straight away. I had not noticed it’s longer for personalised items. I requested it be changed to be wrapped as a gift, ensure there are no receipts/prices included and be delivered to another address. All was organised within minutes without any hesitation. Fantastic customer service, can not fault them! Would definitely recommend and shop here again.

I received the wrong sized outfit so I emailed the team and received a swift response. They arranged for Royal Mail to collect the item and sent out the correct size. Very pleased with the products and the service provided by this fantastic small business.

Good customer service is appreciated even more when you're a new mum with less time, less patience and dwindling funds. I've ordered a personalised bear blanket from cosy crew which was lovely and separately some clothes. The clothes weren't quite right and cosy crew didn't hesitate to reach out to help me return and put it right. I really appreciate their willingness to help because I've had some very poor experiences from other businesses recently when I've wanted to return an item.
