Create Neon we’re so easy to deal with from start to finish! They have me some great options and lots of different quotes. Once we decided on the design, the final product arrived so quickly! I’ve had so many comments on how good my sign looks! Very happy with the service and product! Will definately use them again

Great customer service

“CUSTOMER NEGLECT” – Actively ignoring or failing to assist a customer who has already engaged with the company about a problem.

This company is quick to respond and take your money, but is essentially just a middleman for an overseas manufacturer that produces its signs.

After you stopped responding to emails, messages, and phone calls, I only received a replacement sign when I mentioned that I would be posting feedback online. Two months later, the replacement sign stopped working. I obtained an electrical report at my own expense, which confirmed there was no problem with the transformer. With only the LED left as the likely issue, you insisted on sending another transformer to ‘rule it out.’ Even with a second transformer, the LED was still faulty, and we were forced to remove the lightbox. Despite being advertised as waterproof, the lightbox had clear water ingress.

I sent a video and was assured my calls would be returned, yet I now find myself in the same situation. Not once has Jordan (Director) contacted me, and Joanna (Sales Manager) has completely stopped responding. I do not usually write negative reviews, but I am at my wits’ end and feel compelled to warn others to think twice before giving this company their business.

Poor form, Createneon.

Create Neon made absolutely amazing custom logo signs - I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely worth the price we paid for such an amazing product.

Sign came out beautifully

Great product. It just came and the crate it is in is extremely heavy. I've unboxed it and 4 of us love the sign! It will not be installed until 2/02/26, so I can't say how it works. I was not expecting to see batteries with the sign, which concerned me until we saw a cord, so it's fine.

Awesome sign, easy to install. I can't wait for my clients to see it.

Here’s the honest truth:
Competitors criticized the sign and said it was “too much,” but in the end the high number of lights does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It stands out, it’s visible from far away, and it works incredibly well. I’m very happy with how it turned out.

My sign is amazing! My only complaint is now I wanna upgrade to a bigger one!

I would have liked better communications. A sign is important part of a business. Emails and phone calls as the process moved forward. Haven't seen the sign yet.

When I ordered the sign and got the preview, I specifically asked for 3 colors, The proof showed 3 colors however it does not have the colors I requested fushia/pink is not on the remote

Very positive experience in dealing with this company. They were very responsive to all of my questions about how sign would be made, the electrical needs and install info. Sign arrived on time and in pristine condition, packed well.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible. They promised our sign in 7 to 10 days, it took over a month to receive it after constant requests for updates. We were expecting an intact sign, we got loose letters that require an electrician to install. Multiple letters didn't work. And the controllers don't work consistently.
But, the most frustrating part of the entire process is the customer service. They do not answer their phone. They tell you to text or email, which they also do not respond to. This company is a joke. We spent $2500 on a sign that doesn't work and the company will not respond to help us fix it.
We ordered our sign in July. I as I write this, it is November and we do not have a working sign.

UPDATE: They finally text me back last night and said that it was faulty installation, even though I hired a certified electrician. This company is ridiculous.
