Yes my representative who inquired about my claim was extremely understanding, professional, kind and I hope to get the help and support I deserve as a victim of domestic violence, I greatly appreciate the phone call because they took time to listen, took my information, were not judgemental & very patient.

I had a phone call very quickly after popping my details online, spoke to a lovely gentleman, who made it very easy to talk to, let me take time and breaks on the phone while going through all needed information, his voice was very calming which made the process easier, and was very understanding, couldn’t have asked for someone better to talk to in a situation so triggering
