Croudace Homes Limited Avis 

My partner and I recently visited Vyne Park a few weeks ago and were very impressed with the selection of beautiful properties. As we are now in the process of purchasing a home, I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we have received from Kim, Steph, and Charlotte.
Since we do not live locally, their willingness to accommodate our needs and their prompt responses to our inquiries have been incredibly helpful and have made this process much smoother for us.

Following my reservation of a house at Vyne Park, Chineham I am still in contact with the Sales team as my purchase proceeds and I continue to have a very friendly and professional service. I am very excited to move in soon and can only thank Charlotte, Stephanie and Kim for helping me and going out of their way to make the purchase as smooth and exciting as possible! Would highly recommend this development.

We visited Vyne Park over the bank holiday weekend. Steph & Charlotte were very welcoming and we were made to feel important. The show homes were beautiful and we hope to be reserving here soon when they have some 2 beds on the next phase.

My parents brought a Croudace house at their Whitwell development few years ago and it was a very good quality built home. We are looking for our first home and have been looking and hoping Croudace would come back to the area and with luck we saw their new development in Codicote so we decided to pop in.

Firstly I’d like to say the external look was terrible. No signage to where the sales office was but when we called and was guided where to go we had to walk up a steep gravel path which was a challenge to walk in. Secondly when we walked into the sales office it was done up beautifully. A lot has changed from when they were in the sales office at Whitwell.

We was disappointed that there was no show home to look round but what was really nice to see the sales lady in the Codicote office was the same lady who was at the Whitwell development. What a small world and really happy to see she is still with Croudace.
To see her brought back the time when my parents brought and it was 5 star service throughout then. We loved our home at Whitwell.

Unfortunately I have only given 4 stars because the overall appearance and not able to easily find the office which is such a shame.
I look forward to seeing the show homes when they are ready for looking round.

Croudace is a 5 star builder and the sales staff are all friendly and nothing too much to ask or show us.

I had a lovely viewing recently at the Brooks, what a welcoming sales team, extremely knowledgeable but no hard selling. It’s still early to know where we want to live but the homes are beautiful and finished to such a high standard, both Marnie and Sanaz made it such a memorable experience!

We are in the process of buying a house at Vyne Park.
The friendly welcome when we randomly called in and asked to view the show home was so nice. On our second visit all our questions were answered clearly and concisely, nothing was too much trouble.
As we don’t live near to the area, I have greatly appreciated the regular updates from Charlotte and Stephanie. The emails are always friendly and informative.
Cannot wait to complete and move in for the summer!

Came down to Vyne Park recently and had my appointment with Stephanie, who showed me two house types which were great. She was very friendly and professional. The development at Vyne Park has a great feel, it is surrounded by nature. I was very impressed having lived in Basingstoke for the majority of my life. I will look to return next year once I am in a position to move. Thank you again

We went to the Marketing Suite launch today at Weavers Gate, Codicote. It was a shambles. There was no proper parking, The pebble path on an incline was hard work, we were not offered any refreshment and the salesman was very disobliging. He did not seem interested in asking us questions and gave scant information. He said a brochure had been sent about the development. None was. He referred me to a QR code for a brochure scan. It was not about Weavers Gate.

We came away empty-handed, with an impression that this level of organisation and relevant information did not bode well for our interest in buying a property on this site. We live locally and were very interested.

We have been looking for a new home and have been feeling so confused on where to start and we wondered into your site at The Brooks on Burghield Common. Upon arrival Sanaz was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable, Marnie showed us around your beautiful showroom they both provided us all the information that we needed to get us off to a start to deciding. I would definitely be recommending friends who are looking to stop by as they both were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable.

Marnie and Sanaz at The Brooks were great. After getting lost on our way to Reading, we stumbled across this site. They were so welcoming! Thanks for the directions and what a lovley development! If we were looking to buy a house, we would definitely buy from you! Thanks ladies

We’re in the process of buying a house at Vyne Park and the whole team there have been fantastic, especially Charlotte. She has been knowledgable, approachable and personable every time we’ve met with her. It’s made the whole process much easier for us.

Sanaz & Marnie have been extremely helpful & transparent in the process so far. They have both been a pleasure to communicate with.

Visited Wisteria Gate Romsey and Lyn White and Natalie Lawrence the Sales Negotiators could not have been more helpful. Spent a long time with us showing us their lovely properties and the choices of interior finishes. Cannot fault them.

If there’s something strange, in your neighbourhood, who you gonna call. Call Alin! We moved into our new home a few months ago and like all new houses, there are some minor faults. Thankfully, Alin has been on-hand to fix seemingly any problem imaginable. He is the handiest of handymen, does everything with smile, and is a real gentlemen.

Amazing service with fixing the bathrooms, doors and plumber work in our new house from Lukas today. Very skilled, qualified and professional.
We are very happy with his work. We have recently moved to our new house and so many jobs needed to be completed. He has fixed them all and sorted out for us all.

Marnie and Sanaz at The Brooks were amazing when helping us to surprise our children with their new home. Throughout the whole process, Sanaz was so helpful and made the whole process stress-free. I can’t thank both ladies enough for helping us creating such a special memory.
