This is my first River Cruise, and only my second solo trip, so to say that I was apprehensive would be an understatement.
Rebecca, their rep,guided me to a suitable cruise and answered all of my concerns, giving me time to digest everything and do my own research before making my decision.
Hopefully my trip down the Danube on AmaSonata will be everything I wish for and more.

Came across Crui.se when trying to find a Danube cruise to take in my 70th bithday.. Very impressed with the help Rachel gave me throughout the booking process. Reassuring to know that she is just a phone call away should I need any help and/or support.

First time booking with this company. Rachel was excellent, couldn't do enough for you. There was a little misunderstanding re the river cruise, however it was sorted out swiftly & fairly. Problem solving is always important, I was very impressed.

Excellent experience. The lady that dealt with our enquiry was very helpful and got us the right cabin on the cruise that we wanted and at a good price. She was also courteous, got back to us with answers to our queries and always rang when she said she would.

Very helpful and friendly

Our agent Rachel was very informative, extremely patient with our back and forth holding the holiday, answering lots of questions and finding out more information that we required.
We have only paid a deposit so will be able to review our holiday more once we have returned but I hope it all runs as efficiently as the booking process.

We were recommended to book a river cruise with this company ,which we have. It will be our first river cruise
therefore we were a little hesitant. However we have found the booking experience so easy with Rebeca who was very professional and attentive to our requirements.we intend to give a further review after the cruise, which starts late August 2025.

Thanks go to Rebeca for a professional (no pressure sales) approach to information on Danube cruises. We have been on P and O and other cruises but this is our first River Cruise. We discussed by phone and e mail three different companies and finally decided on the Melodies of the Danube for its variety and price etc. Thank you . Rachel was very helpful from the start & wasn't pushy when I said i needed to talk to my friends before we made a booking. I rang back the next day with a couple of questions & then booked the cruise. Hopefully the cruise will be as good & smooth as the booking.

Rebecca Mann was delightful throughout the process. We started with a live chat during which she answered all my myriad queries, thoroughly. She expanded on explanations to convince me how good the cruise would be and what good value it was. She succeeded splendidly. We moved on to email and finally telephone booking. She was so thorough, professional and utterly helpful. She has promised to prompt next steps along the way. If I were in that profession I would certainly employ her. Well done, Rebecca!
The only thing I would add is that it was important to me not to be rushed or pressurised. If I were the chance is I would have pulled out. But no, Rebecca allowed for reading time, discussion with my husband and plenty of time to come to a considered decision.

As a group of 4 we were looking to book our 4th river cruise, my friend and I looked at lots of different cruise companies and decided to go with Emerald. We contacted Emerald direct who were helpful and gave us details, prices etc. However, we decided to look at a few brokers to compare prices etc. Crui.se seemed to be offering what we were looking for and we have not been disappointed. Rebecca could not have been more helpful, she managed to get us the same cruise with the same flights, rooms etc., but at a discounted price. Nothing was too much bother and she always responded promptly and offered various options for communications either by email, phone, links etc. Looking forward to their continued support and advice as we prepare for our cruise in September.

I have been recommended this company and persuaded not to use my usual agent. Rachel has responded quickly to all my questions and she has also secured a reduced price for the cruise next week. It's the Nuremberg/Frankfurt cruise leaving on the 23rd of December.
I am now looking at cruises for the Summer, already!
