The pharmacy receives repeat prescriptions but does not process them until the prescription date; therefore, despite knowing you will be ordering medication on a specific date, they do not ensure they have it on the shelf to dispense. NO NO NO, they wait, then order the medication on a 10 working day lead time, yes, you can work it out, they leave you for two weeks without medication. UK Pharmacy Dispensary guidance is 5 working days dispensary. They cannot achieve this. The clinic will tell you one process, but do not be fooled, the Pharmacy is a law unto itself, and when you try to complain, you are met with hostility and ignorance.

So far they have been fantastic with fast delivery after receipt of my prescription. I hadn't realised the delay on getting an appointment with the Clinic for my review so was going to run out of my Liquid Vape Cartridge so contacted patient support for help and they contacted the Clinic for me and arranged an emergency prescription. Causing me the least amount of stress possible whilst dealing with this fantastic service.

I had ordered my medication but this was delayed and I neglected to provide an alternative address before going on holiday - Lynn was very helpful in getting this returned to the pharmacy for me to arrange delivery on my return. I have been in touch today as I have returned and Lynn has assisted me in getting this dispatched for tomorrow! Extremely grateful for her help and proactiveness - she has provided great customer service and has a great professional attitude! Lynn you are a credit to your company and it's great to deal with people like you :) Curaleaf have been a great company to deal with all round but Lynn has gone above and beyond to help me out!

Spoke with Lynn today from the pharmacy support team who helped me extremely with a miss communication that the clinic where at fault for. Thankfully she sorted the matter and my medication will now arrive in time before I go on holiday in a few days. Big thanks to Lynn!

Several times I've waited an entire day only to have drivers falsely claim they have tried to deliver - confirmed with DPD these were negligent drivers who take proof of delivery pictures nowhere near my address.
Curaleafs solution? pay 5£ more per delivery with no guarantee in improved service.
I feel in this scenario they should be covering this delivery cost.
Clearly no care is actually given to getting medication to their clients. Cannot recommend them going forward anymore.
[Update] Identified myself via email on my recent support thread and have just been asked to explain myself again when everything is already in the same thread and mentioned here in comment.
I have reported these issues many times just to be sent around in circles and a defiant wall of these are the options we have (DPD/Royal Mail), No admission of fault, No intent to change or adjust for the failings.
