The Customer Success Collective has been a wonderful community to be a part of, both virtually and in-person. The Slack community is a fantastic resource for anyone in Customer Success - regardless of role, experience or tenure.
I had the honor and pleasure of being a speaker at the most recent Customer Success Festival event held in Austin and not only was the event very well run and organized (go Sophie!), but it was an excellent opportunity to spend time with peers and network with new people.

The Customer Success Collective offers great content from industry leaders on top of a fantastic slack community.
The Customer Advocacy Cert training was really good. It was broken into logical and consumable sections with knowledge checks at the end of each section to help this information stick. Kevin, the facilitator, did a great job narrating the content at a pace that was easy to follow. The "Bonus Footage" was filled with valuable information, so take the time to watch it.
