The customer success collective is my go-to resource for discussions, content, education, and opportunities beyond what I would get without the community. The value here are the in-depth reports, articles, podcasts, and of course the events which are incredible as you can meet face to face with other CSMs, network, share information, and overall enhance your career. I also became a pro member just based on the value I was getting and continue to get even as an experienced CSM.

Being apart of this group has been fantastic and would high recommend to anyone in Customer Success to join.
I have been to a few events and made some great connections in the CS space. The content was amazing and the online community between events keeps me engaged and up to speed on what happening in the market.
The CS Collective has been such a great group to be part of. I am so excited to leverage and contribute to this amazing CS Community that is part of the collective.

I strongly recommend Customer Success Collective to all Customer Success Professional. The community is well established, engaging, organised and inclusive. I love the festivals that happen in various cities and online. The Slack platform is fantastic and I get to connect with amazing CS professionals from all around the world.
