AVOID !! Cancelled the service as you can spend £21.50 and do it with government website yourself which is a forth of what they charge. A month later and no refund issued as of yet. Credit card team... Voir plus

Bought their overpriced nonsense. Received an initial email from them advising someone would get back to me. Never received it to my inbox and didn't think to check the spam folder as their original message came through fine. Never received a follow-up email or call. Tried to contact to get a refund as I decided to go with the much cheaper GOV.uk site instead, then when I asked for a refund they refused. I have absolutely no need for the DBS, it's completely overpriced and so they've basically just kept my money. Once again the little man gets shafted. Abysmal company
Shockingly high fee. Not obvious during process. Disclosure £25 plus their fee of £54, more than double the cost of the Disclosure. Beyond greedy. So angry with myself being caught out like this. Don't ever use this company
If I could give make a review without a star, I would.
It's pointless writing what happened because it's repetitive of the other reviews that I wish I read before paying money to this company.

Being passed from one to the other, took two weeks instead of two days.
Disaster
Please be aware of hidden charges in the Ts and Cs and don’t be caught out like myself!!! The refund policy includes 2 x £15 service and admin charges that are non refundable as soon as they send you an email which is done within minutes so they don’t lose out on the money. It is a ruthless business model, and it is the same as the government website which is a fraction of the price at £18.
I ordered a basic DBS but I needed Enhanced, I found their website to be misleading. I paid £96 for this which is grossly overpriced. I called and emailed to cancel directly after payment but I was ignored. I filled out a refund form and got a response a week later saying they could not refund as they had started processing the DBS. The cancellation policy stated on their website is a scam because you cannot cancel. Please avoid this company and use gov.uk, I have found them to be really helpful.
It’s nearly November and still haven’t received my DBS
I paid for their service, and received an automated receipt, and an email saying I will receive a reply within 24 hours.
1-2 weeks later, I had nothing, so I chased them.
I had no reply.
2 months later, still no response. I chase again and they say they can't refund as it is past 2 weeks since payment.
The customer service is rude and not helpful.
So basically you pay and then nothing happens.
Good business model for them...
rip off scammers, they take your £80 x2 for a full dbs cheek take your information then don't send anything or reply to emails. bloody disgusting. DO NOT USE IF U WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY
I still haven't received my DBS certificate and I have had no way to track my application.
I went on DBS update service to update my debit card details and found out my registration expired two months ago. I called their customer service and was asked a number of "security questions", one of them being "your middle name". Since I come from a culture that doesn't have "middle names", I gave my patronymic. The woman asked if that was my legal name and I answered "yes" (patronymics are legal). She responded by accusing me of lying on my DBS application about my legal names that are on my IDs. I tried to explain that on my British passport, which is my main ID, I don't have a patronymic or "middle name" but I put my patronymic on my debit card. She would not listen and was talking over me! Do they train their customer service agents to listen and use their brains? I don't think so.

charged for a service that doesn’t exist. I'm dyslexic and misunderstood the enhanced DSB check also advertised as express. Called to discuss not having an employer at witch point was told my money is non refundable literally 5 minutes after putting my card details in. Total scam !!! I asked for there office address but was told they can't tell me. ALSO THE BELOW REVIEWS 5* HAVE BEEN DONE BY THE COMPANY!! surely not that many people have created an account just to give this terrible company 5*
there isn't always roles in the drop down box available and when we ask for an enhanced we are questioned as we are a security company and carry out a lot of work around schools etc, hence the need for enhanced checks
My DBS had arrived in a couple of days which was really quick. Thank you
