I have done my DBS a month ago and up…
I have done my DBS a month ago and up till now, I have not received my enhanced certificate yet nor my tracking number. I have been emailing meg.j and the support teams and these people have still not gotten in contact with me yet. I advised to stay away from DBS direct cuz they are nothing but scammers and ignorant beasts that are only in this job for the money and then run with it once they get it

The Government website is the genuine one and cheaper.
I mistakenly went with this company outlaying over £70 and they are not replying to my emails and there is no phone number.
So cross with myself fur rushing because I needed my check done quickly.

I needed an enhanced certificate…
I needed an enhanced certificate quickly for an application I needed to make. I chose this company as they suggested I would get my certificate very quickly. I did get it quickly which was a great relief.
My only comments for improvement. Please provide the reference number once the application is made so that an applicant can track progress. Please ensure that estimated time frames are the same in all communications.

Got there in the end but failed to acknowledge a return email from a query they had and failed to get a sharing code. Mostly … £70+ notes for something Government site got done within the 24 hours for a third of the price.
