Easy to use web site
Easy to use web site, where there more than enough colour and style to choose. The tile / price calculator is brilliant.
Delivery was quick, quality was a lot better than then you get from the diy stores.
But icing on the cake was reading the instructions on the can of spray adhesive (you have got to buy one to find out what it says)

We had a LVT floor fitted in August…
We had a LVT floor fitted in August 2020. The workers did an amazing job especially as it was the hottest day of the year. The floor looks great and the quality of workmanship is excellent.

We bought carpet tiles
We bought carpet tiles, the customer care team on the end of the phone were polite, friendly and knowlegable, they were delivered promptly, within a week of ordering.
The carpet tiles are good quality at a very reasonable price, needless to say we are very pleased with our purchase, we will use again.

Great tiles.
I was impressed with choice of color and tiles order was delivered when I was told.I laid them my self with no trouble at 74 if I can any one can they have been down a while still look good easy to clean.

Bunch of cowboys - AVOID
Took a cold call from them after not buying on the website, stupidly bought something that wasnt suitable. Would not refund or exchange despite this being advertised and quoted some obscure terms and condition on why I couldnt. Lots of shifting
Blame to different departments. Waiting for a manager call back for over a week. Spent over a £100 for something that is useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS

Hi Dan, as you ordered a specific cut length of vinyl we are unable to exchange these because they are made to order. With other websites they don't offer the service to cut a length of a roll for small projects, but we do because we know how useful this is for customers. Most other websites only offer full rolls. But this does mean we can't accept returns as it is unlikely someone else would need the exact sample product and exact same length that you required. This is made clear in our terms and conditions. Our numerous positive reviews show that with the vast majority of products we are happy to exchange products for something else if unopened and returned in brand new condition.

Efficient service
Ordered free samples which arrived the very next day with a courtesy call to let me they were on their way. Ordered carpet tiles late Friday afternoon and they arrived first thing Saturday, can't grumble with that.
