Excellent experience all round. Easy to use website, samples arrived next day and I had a phone call saying they had been dispatched.
Order placed and delivery was just a few days on the date stated by DPD to an hour time slot.
Personal emails received not the usual automated response and queries answered again personally within minutes even on a Saturday.
The carpet tiles I ordered (Nouveau Cosy Toes) are very good quality and easy to lay especially using the low tack underlay I purchased with the tiles.

Very quick delivery - arrived much sooner than expected. Lovely tiles, very soft underfoot and really easy to lay. Will definitely buy from you again.

Great people to deal with, I requested some sample to make a final choice, they arrived next day (in the Christmas rush period). Once my order was placed, the items arrived in very quick time. Also very nice was the bonus “Christmas hamper”

I have purchased from DCTUK a few times over the last few years and will always continue to look to them first.

I ordered 4 tiles and a can of spray adhesive, to cover a small area. Dispatch and delivery were quick and the tiles I'm very please with. As a first time fitting carpet tiles, I was amazed how strong the adhesive was. I would definately recommend DCTUK and I will use them again.

The website was not particularly user friendly but we managed to find what we wanted. They were delivered very promptly. They were easy to fit ourselves and we were extremely happy with the finished result. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My order arrived exactly on time and was so easy to fit it was amazing. The results are superb. Using these carpet tiles was so easy and so little fuss and bother to get a really great look, I’ll certainly use DCTUK again for my carpeting needs in the future.

very happy with my tiles, were told delivery would be delayed by a few days due to the delays at Dover but no they arrived as scheduled before Christmas.

I gave up the will to live, having attempted to order carpet tile samples 5 times through the DCTUK web site. Each time, having entered all requests with accompanying personal delivery details, the shopping basket immediately showed as empty. No confirmation of any submission was received.
I have now placed an order with another site - an order which was preceded by the swift receipt of samples.

A random search on the internet for a specific LVT Stone effect floor tile turned up a very good deal on the exact ones needed. Ordered them on Tuesday morning of 22nd December thinking it would be at least the new year before they arrived as they wouldn't be needed until then anyway.
Was pleasantly surprised when they confirmed delivery for Christmas eve..... a two day turn around... over Christmas... unheard of.. They arrived wrapped on a pallet at 7.30am on Christmas Eve. Having experienced LVT deliveries before the edges are prone to damage however all tiles checked and were perfect.
If I wasn't impressed with the service enough already .. there was another delivery two hours later of a little hamper from DCTUK in a nice little shopping bag.
Very impressed with good old fashioned service and would definitely recommend them to all.

If you don't have an option to call before the delivery just don't tell the customer to wait for a call. Simple like this.
Here is DCTUK Responde and respect for the costumers. I've done my order on line. I've agreed with the the delivery date. The manager told me the driver will call us before the delivery. The driver called us 10:45am. I stay waiting for 1:15 hours and nothing.
I'm sure no attempt has been done. My intratone register all buzzes.
I can request a report to show the DCTUK no attempt has been done.

After belatedly realising that the wrong product had been delivered (6+ months as building work was suspended during lockdown) DCTUK were great and agreed to replace with the right product without hesitation. A very positive experience and as the product quality is very good I will definitely use DCTUK again in the future.

Was happy with quality and the delivery of our first order for tiles then went to re-order a further 20 tiles and they wanted to charge me£29.00 for delivery because we are in the Scottish Highlands - still mainland UK, I said I would just cancel the order and then they agreed to send them at the cost I paid for my first lot. On that note I would not order again if they are going to charge so much for delivery - I run a business and know what the costs of transport are and this is excessive to say the least
