Decovasse Avis 

I received my lovely vase & 3 days later my beautiful flowers arrived, also the email with a video on how to arrange my flowers when they arrive. When they arrived in the box they were wrapped like I just received a bunch of fresh flowers 💐 the way they conducted my order right through to my delivery was very professional. They look amazing on my dining table. I am so happy with them the quality is amazing, delivery time within 2 weeks. 😁

I ordered a floral arrangement and a vase over a month ago. They supposedly shipped it and there was a problem with the shipping, so it was returned to the company. Now they have supposedly re-shipped it, but I have yet to receive anything. In fact, when I look at the shipping information now it only shows that half my order has shipped. So I’m supposed to get the flowers but have heard nothing at all about the vase. I am completely disgusted with this company, and if it doesn’t show up this week, I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I’m happy with my flowers, they came slightly different colour then picture but still happy with arrangement, it took a bit longer then expected to arrange, but when I contacted them they responded, I was happy,
I’d happily purchase from them again, knowing allow extra time for delivery,

I received a damaged box and some of the arrangement was damaged. I was really dissappointed and called customer service. The team was excellent and responded promptly. They resolved the issue with a positive outcome. It is reassuring to communicate with a responsive and understanding team. I would reorder in the future. Thanks Decovasse.

Would highly recommend getting the vase, looks great together and right height for flowers, which I found hard to style in my existing vases. Flowers look as expected based in website

I placed an order with Decovasse but unfortunately I never received the arrangements due a communication issues between Decovasse and the Carrier. I contacted customer service and they apologized for the delay and issued me a refund. Sad I didn't get the arrangement but great customer service.

I love the quality and beauty of the flowers. I used my own vase and I had plenty of flowers to make a lovely arrangement. I thought the video was a nice helpful touch also.
I don’t enjoy shopping so to be able to see the arrangement instead of going out shopping and wondering how many of each to get. It’s already decided!

The order took several weeks to deliver. Box crushed once received. The flowers / stems had so much stringy hot glue on them. This showed lack of quality control of the product, but worse overall was the uncovered sharp cut wires on many stems. One cut arm before I noticed the sharp wires. I would post pics, but there is no option. Overall after I secured the exposed sharp wires, cleaned the hot glue issues and arranged the flowers They look good, but I believe I would better off shopping Hobby Lobby or Michaels. 95 dollars for these flowers I expected much better!

They delivered broken stem and some of them are crack because they bent it and squeeze it in a small box. I was very dissapointed. I don't know if other reviews are real but I bought a vase and a flower arrangement. It's better you buy your own fake flowers and make your own boquet.

I was first taken by how beautiful and carefully my Lumiere arrangement was packaged. It is worth the experience to receive something wrapped so nice! The arrangement was so lush and full and filled my beautiful black vase so well. The flowers were so life-like and so many different varieties were included making my arrangement a beautiful addition to my home. Thank you Decovasse for a wonderful experience! I only have positive to say about the product and well worth the money!

I recently purchased from Decovasse and have been very impressed with both the quality of their products and their customer service.
The floral arrangements and vases are beautifully designed and look exactly as pictured on the website. The arrangements add elegance to my home and are a perfect low-maintenance alternative to fresh flowers. The Viola Iron Vase is particularly stylish and well-made.

When I contacted them about changing my arrangement, they were friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process. Great arrangement and exactly like description, looks beautiful at home

The flowers were beautiful and I received many compliments. My only feedback was that the vase and flowers came separately and took a while to get here. On the 30/6 I placed my order for the Grace arrangement and the vase. It arrived Wednesday 15/7 and the vase 20/7. This was for my baby shower 18/7 so the flowers arrived in time but luckily we had a different vase.

I did follow up with the team and they replied promptly - so I find them excellent and responsive. I would just say to give at least 2-3 weeks time for delivery, but they were worth the wait.

I orginally bought "The Nook" for my laundry, however it was a little smaller than I excepted so i put in my newly renovated bathroom. I am so happy with it, it looks perfect and classy.

I had a minor issue with the delivery; however, Decovasse was quick to rectify the problem and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Their prompt response and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Can't wait to buy the Faux Kiku and Eucalyptus Arrangement for my hallway....
