Decovasse promptly sent out a new vase; received it this week. The flowers and vase look beautiful.

If there were no issues with the vase, I would have rated them higher for the beautiful products.

The vase I ordered has been sitting at the same facility for weeks with no movement. I've reached out 2 times by email with no response. No issues receiving the flowers, but it's been a month and still haven't received the vase to put the flowers in. Order packed on July 13th. Shipping lable wasn't created until August 10th. It's now sitting at a facaility since August 12th waiting on another transit. Very disappointing. I live in the chicago-land area and it's where all these transits are taking place.. makes no sense.

Good quality products and looks exactly as seen on the website. Very well packed and delivery was fast

I bought the faux lush arrangement and the black vase. I absolutely love it…it looks so beautiful and it adds character to the room. Customer service is great…I reached out to them with a question and they got back to me very quickly. I will be purchasing more from them.

Please be wary of this company, it has been over 1 month and I am now going to report them, for not receiving goods and also not offering a refund as I have not received the goods. They have an excuse for everything but still no delivery. They are based overseas in the UK just a WARNING don't' waste your money!!

I ordered a vase and faux flower arrangement and the vase was dinted. I contacted the company numerous times to advise, however there seemed to be an issue with them contacting me. Eventually they did get through and have promised me a replacement vase. This is now on the way to me. I am very pleased that they have tried to rectify the issue and look forward to receiving my replacement vase.
