I first received my vase in perfect…
I first received my vase in perfect condition. The flowers came in a 2nd shipment and the box was crushed and flowers smashed. I sent a picture to customer service. Within one day, AlICE in customer service responded. She generously sent me a replacement arrangement at NO charge. I was very thankful for that as I am planning my house warming party. Now my dining table centerpiece is complete.
I look forward to doing business with a company that understands complete customer service. They have definitely earned my repeat business!!

Quality of the flowers is cheap.
Quality of the flowers is cheap.
Over priced for flowers that looks fake/cheap, feels fake. Delivery came from china with chinese writing on the box. Not happy with product, spend $500 on 3 sets and 2 vases. Order number #5939.

Another great bouquet from Decovasse!
This time I ordered Velvet. GORGEOUS. I can't compare it with Lush, my first arrangement. They are different, but equally beautiful. So realistic. It's a great addition to my Family room. Soft and elegant.
Thank you Alice, thank you Decovasse.

The flowers are absolutely beautiful
The flowers are absolutely beautiful - just as beautiful as they show on the website. High quality. The vase is perfect for the size of the arrangement. I’m very happy with my purchase. You do have to be prepared for a little longer delivery time but it’s worth it.

Lovely!
The order arrived promptly, in two separate parts, the vase first, and the flowers about a week later. The vase is lovely, lightweight but feels quality. The flowers are gorgeous and arranged beautifully. They look great on my dining room table. I'm definitely going to order more!

Customer service was excellent
When my first order arrived and the delivery man crushed the box holding the floral arrangement damaging some of the stems and some missing snapped sprigs. Even though you could not tell they were damaged once in the vase. And the damage was not of their doing, they had posted my order in good faith that the delivery would arrive in the condition that it was sent in. The company Decovasse were so accommodating that they sent me a whole new arrangement. It arrived in perfect condition and I am ecstatic with the quality of the look and the flowers. I love the look of the vase the only thing is they are a lite weight so you may want to put something in the bottom. Highly recommend this company for stress free ordering from click and pay to my entry table and the arrangements look fabulous.

Hi,
We are glad to hear that you received the flowers and that you find them beautiful.
Regarding the vase, we understand your frustration. We offered to send you a replacement vase free of charge to resolve the issue. However, you chose to receive a refund instead, and we processed the refund accordingly.
We always aim to provide a solution when an issue occurs, and in your case, we offered both support and a resolution based on your preference.
We apologize if you feel that the communication or follow-up did not meet your expectations.
