Great Quality Vases/Arrangements
Quality of everything I ordered was amazing.. vases and bouquets ordered.
Delivery took awhile, not sure why but near 4 weeks.. i paid express delivery, which was refunded without asking, so i appreciate the gesture from the team at decovasse.

PERFECT FLORAL ARRANGEMENT
I first came across Decovasse on social media. I was wowed with all the arrangements and eventually picked The Grace. The vase and arrangement look so classy and are identical to what it looks like in the advertising. The arrangement came and it was easy to put in the vase and make it look like the photo. I am going to order another one I as I am wrapped with what I have received.

Was worried given previous reviews...
I was fairly sceptical given all the poor reviews, and yes the shipping time was pretty slow (hence the 4 stars) but I was super surprised with the quality once it finally arrived. If you aren't in a hurry to get them these are actually beautiful and I've ordered again.

I ordered a vase and flowers from…
I ordered a vase and flowers from Decovasse at the beginning of April, and today is already mid-May. After waiting more than a month, the flowers finally arrived — and honestly, the quality was so disappointing that flowers from two dollar shop would have looked better. Cheap quality, nothing like the photos, and absolutely not worth the price.
The vase still hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed them countless times and every single response is the same: “please be patient”, “your shipment is on the way”, “don’t worry, you’ll receive it soon”. The tracking status never actually updates.
What’s even worse is that every time I ask for a refund, instead of processing it, they send me discount codes and try to make me wait longer. No actual action, no real resolution — just endless delays and excuses.
At this point it genuinely feels suspicious. A lot of the positive reviews also look fake because they all sound the same. And it’s not just me — one of my friends ordered from them too, and her order still hasn’t arrived after more than two months.
Based on my experience, I would strongly avoid ordering from this company.

Your order was delayed due to a temporary stock issue, which affected processing times. This issue has now been resolved, and all orders are being fulfilled as normal.
Regarding your vase, it is currently still in MELBOURNE. As long as a parcel is on the way and has an active tracking status, we are not able to issue a refund at this stage, as we are also required to follow the process with our shipping partners. Refunds or replacements can only be processed once a parcel is confirmed as lost, damaged, or returned.
We absolutely want every customer to be satisfied, and if the item arrives and you are not happy with it, please contact us immediately and we will find the best possible solution for you.
We are actively working to improve both our delivery times and communication to ensure a better experience going forward.

Ordered the Provence arrangement
Ordered the Provence arrangement. Love love the delicate coloring. Decovasse was prompt in responding to my questions following up on delivery status. Thought I might need additional flowers for a fuller look but I worked on rearranging the flowers, changing height, folding, bending, fluffing and it looks gorgeous! And the cost is significantly more reasonable than competitors. I'm very satisfied. Took photos to post but don't see how I might upload them here.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The products you order will not arrive. Their photos are direct copies from another company Contempee (you can independently verify this). This seller has responded to other reviews on this platform with “we have been trying to reach you” and other comments but please be aware that these claims are highly unreliable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I still do not have my order and no attempt has been made by them to resend or correct this. Highly disappointed and I would give 0 stars if I could.
