Decovasse Avis 

I wanted to update my previous review after the company reached out to resolve my concerns.
While I was initially disappointed with my order mainly due to the delivery time and the flowers not looking as full as advertised, Decovasse did take my feedback seriously. They sent an additional bunch of flowers promptly to help achieve the fuller look shown in their photos.
I really appreciate how quickly they acted to rectify the issue, and the end result now matches what was originally advertised. The arrangement looks much better and more in line with expectations.
Overall, while the first experience wasn’t perfect, their customer service and willingness to fix the problem has made a big difference.

Was searching for something "no maintenance" but something that would add a fresh statement piece to my bedroom. Absolutely love these, the white is so pretty and fresh!

Lovely flowers. These look really nice in our home. They're right at our front door, so far everyone has commented on how nice they look. The stems do look quite 'plasticy', but once in a vase they're really nice. Shipping took a while, but communication was good and they arrived safe and sound.

I purchased from a similar company that had pretty much the same pictures as Decovasse so I thought they’d be one of the same. How disappointed I was. Flowers look like they’re from a $2 shop dressed up with hessian wrapping. I waited 3 weeks for delivery, and still waiting on the vase.

Very happy with my impulse purchase. They look gorgeous and easy to arrange. Love how they are already different lengths.

Awful quality for the price!! Go to the reject shop for same quality. Still waiting for vase 20 days later. I could only imagine what it’s going to be like if the flowers are crap!!!!!! What an absolute waste of money. The positive reviews they have can’t be real. They would be fake reviews. It’s a scam!!!!!! Look beyond the positive reviews and you will soon see all the negative reviews. Item is definitely NOT what they describe.

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers as gifts - I had already bought some for myself and loved them. I ordered them in 2024 and never received them. I emailed many times but never received a reply. I paid $82.60 and gave up after a couple of months of not receiving a reply or my flowers.
Update - over a year later, Decovasse have made it right. My 2 bunches have arrived and they are lovely. It took a while and not sure what to do with them now, but I appreciate them rectifying their mistake.
