Hours late to site. Used a 3rd party organization aka two men in a U-haul. Yell at our COO when asking for Venmo for payment from a business. Would not take our items out of the truck without full payment. When going to receive the payment, that only took 5min to do, they sat at a restaurant and had full course dinner causing us to wait even longer. when looking for the company online its as if the website was deleted. Overall terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Erick and Shannon did a poor job at communicating and following through. My things were picked up 12/6. Driver requested I pay an additional $920 dollars and became angry when I told him that I would only pay what I was quoted. Items were delivered on Christmas Day. Little to no phone calls concerning delivery status until December 24th. No time to get a postal money order. I had to come up with $590 cash to get my things. Two items were missing..."ahh we call you." Right!!!

Dedicated Van Lines was all around terrible and was a complete let down when trying to reach out for support on the day of the move. My contact Erik went MIA when I would call to try to resolve issues.
The list of error/lies when speaking to Erik during booking include….
1. I asked Erik if Dedicated Van Lines was a broker company that bids out gained business to other moving companies. He told me no, and that a dedicated van line truck and employees would be performing the pickup/delivery. This was a lie as American Knight Moving Company showed up to my house to perform the entire move.
2. After a lengthy discussion with Erik on the phone we came to the agreement that dedicated van lines would pickup our belongings Thursday Nov. 21st 2024 and deliver Friday Nov. 22nd 2024. Erik proceeded to book the pickup for Friday Nov. 22nd and delivery Saturday Nov. 23rd. My wife and I were supposed to tour houses on Friday with our realtor who was driving 5 hours to do this with us, but had to reschedule a different date because of Erik’s inability to pay attention to detail.
3. During the quoting process with Erik I mentioned our belongings would be moved into storage and I would need to keep the moving blankets. He instructed me that I would need to buy my own. I asked if I could buy the ones his company was going to use so I didn’t buy too many or too little he said yes. Erik told me he would factor the blanket purchase into the quote. Come the day of the move, the movers are telling me that the blanket fees are not in the contract and that I could not keep them without paying them. -$650 out of my pocket due to Erik…
4. I booked a full 53ft trailer with Erik. When the movers got to my house for pickup there was another customers belongings on the trailer that I booked for the day. All of my belongings barley fit because of this. I kid you not, you could not have stuffed one additional dresser on this trailer. The movers were having to play Tetris to figure out how to fit it all.
5. On the day of the move with all the chaos going on as stated above, Erik so irronically went MIA and didn’t answer his phone one single time even though he told me he would be my point of contact through the whole move. He left all the calls coming from my (903) area code for Shannon to answer who was working as the “customer service” representative for the day. Or at least for my calls. Speaking with Shannon went no where. She kept telling me Erik was out of office for a bit or on the phone with a customer. I told her to tell Erik to give me a call as soon as he hangs up. Can you guess who never called? You get the idea…
Dedicated Van Lines is a joke. When you book with them you are paying more than you would if you booked directly with a moving company. $1800 went to them and all they did was bid out my move. Erik insisted on not hanging up until the money was sent over to him.
Do some research, find a quality company. It will be worth your time.

You owe me interest on that money that should have be refunded over a month ago... stay away from this company they misrepresented themselves big time...
Eric was very reassuring to me
Eric was very reassuring to me, and he was able to ease the stress of all possible “what if scenarios” that my fears were telling me. He took time with me and made sure that all of my questions were answered. He walked me through the whole process so I would understand how everything would go step by step. The kind of company that would not only allow but give their reps the ability to use their own judgment to handle each customer based on the customer’s individual needs, is a company that knows how to keep the customer. There is no other way to say it!

This was the worst experience of my life. Bait and switch, price more than doubled. Communication ceased when things went sideways. Furniture and belongings damaged and missing, yet no response from this sham of a company. Stay away from them!

I was charged $1,100 that I was never told about. There is nothing in the contract that was emailed to me indicating I would be charged for "pick up" as Johnathan told me when I called about this extra charge. I get further responses and I will be reporting this company.

I requested a refund
I requested a refund, and the sales agent lied to me and told me I needed to give them a 7 day notice. Clearly on the contract, it stated a 1 day notice. I emailed the email address it listed on my contract to cancel, and I had a lot to say about the agent. To my surprise, it was the agent's actual email. The person at the top probably won't even get to read it. I better get the refund or I'm going to sue.

The company is a scam. Not even a moving company, they are a broker. Was the worst moving experience I ever had. Very incompetent movers. Barely spoke English and tried to get more money out of us. Stay away from this company!!!

The move was not coordinated at all. Not enough trucks and didn't arrive when expected.
False promises !
I was promised a move date by the person who I originally booked with on the phone and the driver himself who picked up my belongings. Then, they dropped the bomb on me that it could take up to 21 business days when they promised me it would be within the next couple of days after pick up. I have children and we need our belongings. I would have never booked with this company in the first place.
Reviewing DEDICATED VANLINES
Nothing great about my moving experience. This company makes you believe they know what they are doing, from conducting business to handling expensive furniture but, the truth is that they are not even the ones that would be moving you!!! I put my trust and my VERY EXPENSIVE furniture on the hands of this company, I was feeling confident everything was going to ne handled with care and in a professional manner, well, that wasn't the case. At pick up I found out it was a total different moving company I was dealing with, Rado Express, not only unprofessional but I also had to do a separate paperwork, my moving rate kept going up. I had already paid a deposit, this people wanted more money that what was estimated and they wanted cash on the spot. I felt betrayed and scammed. I went through with furniture being picked up, I got another estimate for the delivery, and again my rate continued to escalate. At the delivery, they not only damaged some property, they didn't have enough men force to unload the truck, they wanted more money for it. It was a TOTAL DISASTER. THey wanted to get paid CASH, even before they download furniture, they held our furniture hostage until we paid, even a bigger amount that they had already asked for. At the end, we ended up with broken and scratched expensive, unacceptable. Not only was the MOST HORRIBLE IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL experience, we are now have to pay over $2,000 in repairs.
I would NOT recommend doing business with DEDICATED VAN LINES at all.

Started out working with Jason Littman and the process good with the 1st interaction but when didn’t close the deal with he kept calling me back. Should’ve been a RED FLAG!! I finally worked a deal and I wasn’t told that they use a third party for your pick and delivery! Third party arrived contract stated 2 people and only 1 person showed. I called Dedicated but kept getting the run around! They even stopped taking my calls! BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
