Terrible customer experience
Never contacted when items came and delivery not organised until I rang. Full payment taken at time of order without being told.

A terrible experience
A terrible experience. I bought from deluxe tiles because you can look online and get delivery in 48 hours. I booked my tiler accordingly. Anyway this turned out not to be the case and I had to drive to Dundalk at 0700am to pick up. Very bad experience. Would never use again.

Fantastic customer service and products.
I requested some tile samples, which were sent free of charge. They arrived quickly and were very carefully packaged, with each tile clearly labeled on the back.
I also had a question about the samples, and my email was answered promptly and courteously—truly excellent customer service.
I'm still deciding which tiles to go with (they’re all so beautiful, it’s hard to choose!), but I will definitely be ordering from them once I’ve made up my mind.

Excellent service, highly recommend
I ordered the toilet seat for a Burlington on a Thursday lunchtime and it arrived in Kerry the following morning. Great price too as it was on sale. I would highly recommend this company, great service. Go raibh maith agaibh 👍

shocking service.I ordered a tap last november 2024,it…
I ordered a tap last november 2024,it said on the website 10 days to 14 days delivery.I enquired 3 weeks later and was told it was out of stock but would be delivered when it came back into stock.8 weeks later I was told there was a hold up at Holyhead port.1 week later i was told by customer services I would have my money refunded cause they had no idea when the tap would be available.2 weeks later my money hasn't arrived back into my account and the phone just rings out.Shocking service and I will be taking it further as they still have my money.
