Worst than Dezrez. Made more complicated. Still OK to use but why make it more restrictive? The diary does not work for a Valuer/Viewer from an iPhone. Having to keep calling the office costs so much time and money. I would pay more money to revert back to the old DezRez.

Simple but effective

Worst Software, worst company and worst support ever.
We've been using Dezrez One for about a decade. The software was extremely outdated and frequently crashed. Dezrez promised that their new software would be a cutting-edge, time-saving solution.
They promised a smooth transition from the old to the new system, but it was a nightmare with little assistance. We expected the new Rezi and ReziPM to make our lives easier after the migration, but we were duped. Although the design is modern, the software is still in beta and requires significant development to deliver on its promises. It is constantly crashing. The most basic features don't work, or you have to go through 20-30 steps to do something that any professional software would do automatically.

We have used Dezrez for many years and decided to upgrade to Rezi. The whole team have been extremely professional and helpful at every step of the way. The migration has been seamless, everyone has been really helpful and have guided us through the whole process and the training was brilliant. We are really happy! Thank you all!

I've used Rezi for a number of years…
I've used Rezi for a number of years and when the time came to change jobs and setting up a new software, my first thought was Rezi. I have to say, this is my first time setting up an agency from 'scratch' and the entire onbording team have been excellent. Thank You for all your support :-)

Dez Rez support are always most helpful. Always friendly but professional. We are a small team here so important we are running at 100%. They soon have us back in action. Amirah especially seems to often be the one to help us out, she is fab!

worst property software on the market…
worst property software on the market and you will not enjoy the experience both for sales and letting.
you weren't able to fix the issue when i was paying you and I paid 1400 to leave. Please take note they listen allot but fix very little.
