Rezi... ups & downs, but mainly ups....
Rezi is a great software system (most of the time!) no system is without failings, however, when it goes wrong, then you discover you're dealing with a good company that cares about fixing any issue as fast as they can. Having used other estate agency software over the years, I find the support you get from the team at Dezrez is second to none.

Rezi is outstanding & the team are too
Having been involved in Estate Agency for 31 years I have to say that Dez Rez are one of the best suppliers I have had. In particular, Rezi, their cloud based software is fantastic. Easy to use and intuitive with lots and lots of benefits to an agency of any size.... a must for any company who has remote workers, and a must for any company that wants to grow

Friendly and helpful
I called up the support team after raising a ticket regarding an issue that started yesterday afternoon, and spoke to Kieron who was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly, knowing exactly what the problems were

Asset to the team - Amirah
Amirah has been SO unbelievably helpful the last couple of days. She has gone above and beyond to help me get Dezrez up and running after coming into multiple complications. She has tried her absolute best to fix problems that were made on other people's behalf's. She worked all round the clock to get me up and running, even after working hours she still picked up my request. Really lovely and such a professional! Thank you so much Amirah - really could not have done it without you. I hope I don't, but if I ever have any issues again I will hope to get you again. Real asset to the team.
