Ordered two flavours of juice, one was out of stock, the other one arrived in 3 days and refund for other juice I got back next day. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Faulty lid caps
Liquid is fine but the lid caps are all faulty. Impossible to open without manually cutting the lid off with strong cutters, which is quite a job.

Easy to order and they are sent out quickly . I’ve ordered from other sites before and the oil is very dark but from here they are light and clean . Will definitely continue to se this website.

This eliquid is great
This eliquid is great, love the black jack! No problems with ordering or delivery. My only gripe is trying to get the cap off, used to be the odd one, now it’s pretty much every one. It’s a huge problem.

Hi Kathy,
Sorry to hear about this. I have looked at the tracking and it is showing that there was a couple of attempted deliveries but it looks like nobody was home to recieve this. The tracking was then showing available for collection from your local collection office but it now looks like they have received an alternative delivery instruction from yourself. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in this situation.

The product and price is great, but there is definitely a problem with the manufacturer.
More and more of the bottle tops will not twist off and need cutting off with a knife.
It use to be the odd one but seems to be like half the box of late!
