We bought the Jasper, it has a great feel. We bought it for our young daughter, and are happy we got the waterproof mattress protector. Great service, and quick delivery!

This place has awesome deals on quality beds and at better every day prices then any other bed company out there and their sales man Steve is the best he doesn't try to give you some line about you needing the most expensive bed just so he make a bigger comition I have suffered with an extremely bad back for years and I bought four different types of beds ranging from four hundred to eighteen hundred in a year and half and each time the sales staff at three different companies suggested certain mattresses for my condition but not one of them were any good for my back I couldn't get any comfort and when I did get to sleep I would wake up in the morning with so much pain not to mention their return policy is that once you've slept on it they can't take it back but they don't tell this at the time of purchase where Steve when I told him about my back and issues that I've had with the beds he gave two different quality mattresses to choose from and two price ranges depending on what I could afford well I ended up choosing the Prince of Wales mattress and it's been the best bed I've had in over thirty years oh I paid 1470.00 taxes inc for the same bed that several other bed stores were selling the same mattress for 3000 or more plus tax so if you are looking for a new bed check it out you won't regret it

The prices they offer are quite reasonable considering you won't find anything close to it at any major retailer. The quality of the bed is also satisfactory given the same. I've heard many horror stories from people spending thousands on mattresses so I think problems can arise anywhere.

I did have an issue with the comfort of the bed I purchased but after expressing my concerns I had someone come out to take a look at it. He offered to have it sent back, however, it was such a task to get a king size bed into the top floor of my house I opted for a mattress topper which they paid out of pocket for.

Overall good quality for the price and fantastic customer service. Would definitely order from DirectBed again.

I ordered my Queen size split box spring online early in the morning and couldn't believe my luck when I got a call a few hours later saying that my mattress would be delivered to my house that very afternoon!! The delivery guy (Jesse) was very personable and professional and the box spring is perfect - not to mention the great price. I would most definitely recommend this company!

Box spring is great is exactly what I needed however the company didn’t properly inform the driver and my shipment came a day later at a inconvenient time for me then what was planned.
But the driver himself was very nice and even helped carry the box spring up the stairs

placed my order at 730 pm... was blown away at the speed of delivery it arrived at my door with in an hour and 15minutes....def will be referring Direct bed to everyone we know tht needs beds..

The mattresses are great and were delivered the next day. The delivery guys were great and brought the mattresses right upstairs for me. I am very happy with the mattresses and the service!
