Amazing service with excellent prices! I ordered my mattress on Tuesday night and it was delivered Wednesday afternoon!! I will definitely recommend DirectBed to family and friends!!

Absolutely quick service . I have tried every other possible website and there was no one in the market with such speedy delivery and that too on a weekend . I was doubtful of my order but got it delivered within 24 hours on a weekend .
Tracking service is good . Service member always updated me on the status of my order .
My mattress is of good quality . Definitely recommend it .

Was absolutely satisfy. Order came in quick and easy and product looks exactly as it shows on the website including measurements as well. They have a great fantastic customer service and honestly we all know customer service and communication is not the best around us. The driver had a planned already before I call him to explain the area where I lived and he found out he was 5 minutes from me so he change his plan and deliver me the same day instead of the next day. Very proactive people.

I would highly recommend DirectBed. We were looking for a queen split box spring that was a reasonable price and could be delivered quickly. DirectBed was able to do that. The boxspring was delivered on the time it was promised and a call from the delivery driver was made before he came.
I will definitely use DirectBed.

I don't have any problems with the two matresses what I bought.But I choose indented Cottons without compared with Sleep Aid or signature matresses but everything is okay.

Had no problems. Ordered the matress and boxspring that afternoon it arrived. They didn't have the one we wanted in stock so upgraded it to the next one for a sale price. The guy came himself and carried it all in for us. Great buy.

The discount was honored. The delivery time was supposed to be in the morning - but due to 'unforeseen events' per Steve it was delivered before 7 p.m. Otherwise, I would have been glad to give it 5 stars.
