Had a great experience with Shane @ Direct Bed in St. Catharines. Took my time to decide on 3 beds at fair pricing. Beds came in exactly on time. Nice thing is there are not a 100 different mattresses... Voir plus

Very bad experience
We found this company to be extremely unprofessional....From a poor delivery system where the guy was trying to rent a u-haul truck to make his deliveries to a company that is only interested in selling their in stock items. As soon as you order a higher class mattress that they don't have in stock you will be told to buy one of their cheap pieces of crap or to shop elsewhere. Truly a frustrating and disappointing experience. Think twice before shopping here..........

Prompt and fast delivery. I got my mattress the next day. My only issue is the mattress foundation which didn't have a plastic wrap when it was delvered. Good quality overall for a good price.

Very Happy
Fast delivery, faster than I was prepared for! Very happy with my new mattress, box spring, frame and mattress cover. All well made, very comfortable and Yeah, all Canadian made! My delivery couple were wonderful. They checked in with times and were just plain enjoyable. When they ran short on pillows, they were back the next day with a pillow. This is the only way to shop! Thanks directbed.ca, you made my life much easier and more comfortable!

Bang for your buck the best choice out there! Very happy with my mattress:)) delivered with a smile by a friendly couple and the plastic protection on the mattress wasn't full of dust like I assumed it would because of the low price for what they were offering. Looked brand new when it arrived and very clean so it is clear to me that for the price and quality of product I'm glad I took a chance on DirectBed.ca just ask for Gerian he's the owner and will make sure your well taken care of. I know that from experience friends but I was mostly suprized with the quality of the mattress:)) the attentative customer support I received from Gerian and his staff was great as well! See you in 20; years DB lol

Quick order processing, prompt delivery, addressed questions after the sale.
Being an online purchase without the ability to see product before delivery, I'm happy Directbed.ca was accessible after the sale to answer questions and provide options to switch our bed if we needed.

Great Customer Service
I ran into a few hiccups with the order initially due to a pricing error on the website however the company was very prompt in responding and very reasonable with any issues.
I ordered my bed around this time last night and it's behind me in my bedroom already.
The mattress and box spring both feel well made and the delivery was free and on time.
Overall I'd recommend the company to anyone looking for a bed!
