Great customer service
Jamie tried several times to have an important conversation with me but I was very busy. Eventually I managed to offer him a time via WhatsApp and he was there right on time. We had some setting up problems with my new equipment and he knew exactly who I needed to speak to to get the problem fixed. Once done I contacted him on WhatsApp and he called me back and took me through the final setting up process. I had lots of questions about how I can use my new equipment and he was able to tell me how I could integrate it into my established work plan. I was very happy. He made sure I had contact numbers and access to instruction videos and left me assured that I would be able to get any further help and advice from him and the Team. Thank you Jamie.
