Eliquid Base Avis 4 848

Placed an order that was never fulfilled. Contacted via email and WhatsApp but was ignored. Sometimes things seem too good to be true... Unfortunately that is the case with this company

It will be 4 months ago tomorrow since I placed my order.
I never received my liquids & still haven't had a refund as promised.
Yet again all my WhatsApp messages & emails are being ignored.
DO NOT trust this company!!!

Never delivered my order but took my money! Never replied to numerous calls emails and messages, avoid!!!

Absolute joke of a company ordered on the the 30th March and still not received order and they still have my money and no matter how I try to get in touch I can’t recieved an email from Tony who said order was confirmed but nothing else absolute disgrace of a company and no doubt the 5 star reviews are from friends etc as this company have basically stole my money and I know there are plenty more like me

Over £100 spent on Lost Mary refills
Package poorly packaged and contents dumped in a bag which arrived damaged and product missing
Contacted supplier and after numerous email finally got an email back advising the missing products would be replaced.
Weeks later and still no sign of the replacement liquid!
Contact via email again and still awaiting reply
This company is very happy to take your money but not good at keeping promises!
Customer service is dreadful!
Beware of purchasing from this company !!
Do not buy from them unless you want to pay for goods that you will not get ! 😡

My order is almost 3 weeks late, despite numerous emails and voice messages I’ve left still I’ve received no reply. I feel like I’ve been scammed by eliquid base.
There is NO customer service as stated on their website and honestly at this point I will have to report them to Trading Standards and also contact my card issuer.
The tracking number they gave 3 weeks ago on my order shows royal mail never received this package.
I will advise based on my own experience that using other websites to shop for eliquid is far safer than using Eliquid Base. A company that cannot provide customer service is a company that should not be trading.

Avoid Eliquid Base. I placed an order on April 7th and paid extra for next-day delivery. Twenty days later, the parcel still hasn't arrived. Their customer service is non-existent; they don't answer calls and ignore WhatsApp messages. When I finally got an email response, I was told to "be patient." This isn't a delay; it’s a total lack of professionalism. Disgraceful service.
