Eliquid Base Avis 

Ordered item was not in stock, order cancelled refund requested, still waiting for refund 5 weeks later and no communication from there customer services although I have contacted them several times.
WARNING: Do not order from this retailer.

it’s fast and reliable shipping but sometimes the colour is wrong or you don’t get free a free juice which is slightly annoying but overall very good

Quick delivery. Had a few problems with my pods but was sorted without hesitation by Mike. Even threw in a few freebies. They call you if they don’t have what you ordered in stock, to make sure you’re happy to proceed with similar flavours. Top service and products and have recommended to friends.

I got my e zigs but they didn't come with there free bottle of liquid

Still waiting since 28th January.

Tony has promised to post it again and again. He has no intention of ever posting it. I'm writing this post to help others considering using them to avoid at all costs.

It's not just bad service, poor communication. But it's the refusal to refund my purchase while still promising to post it. It's beyond a joke at this point.

Next post I'll share the correspondence so everyone can see how terrible this company actually is.

Awful customer service
Order arrived incomplete, email and phoned to advise. Weeks later I got an email back advising the missing items would sent. Months later they still haven’t arrived. 🤬

Always a good service, arrives on time, never had a problem.

Overall eliquid base is good. The vape juices and pods are relatively cheap, and the delivery doesn’t take too long. However if you’re missing something from your order, as I was, the customer service emails are anything but helpful. All I was told was that my request was submitted to the dispatching team and would hear back, however I haven’t received an update or received any sort of solution even after two weeks of waiting. Eliquid base is a great cheaper alternative for vape juices, but I wouldn’t bother trying to reach out to customer service if anything goes wrong with your order.

Horrendous experience, ordered 6th January 2026 and ended up activating a charge back via my card provider for a refund. After chasing my order in Jan/Feb they said there was an issue with their payment system, then nothing for weeks, no answer to messages, no calls answered, silence. Then promise after promise my order would be sent, then ‘out of stock’ so I choose an alternative product, then ‘it’ll be with you in 2 days’, nothing, then ‘we’ll process a refun’, nothing; then silence again for weeks and weeks. I gave up after 6 months of trying - some would say I was crazy for giving them 6 months!! Disgraceful way to treat a customer who used them for 2 years and spent a lot of ££££. Would never use them again, treated me so bad and their customer service is appalling.

Absolutely terrible company! Placed an order of £40 at the beginning of February which has still not been received, apparently there was something wrong with the payment system, no refund and not received my order! Keep getting fobbed off with emails saying order is on its way but of course never happens! This used to be a great company I have ordered lots over the last couple of years not really sure what has happened but avoid unless you want to lose your money!

Do not play Russian Roulette with your money. At the point of sale and the web all looks great. Unfortunaly I did not read the reviews before ordering. I went for the best price !. I will be as brief aspossible, got notification that it was on its way to royal mail....days later no further
info. Tried contacting by phone many times... no answer tried messaging....no reply eventually 4 weeks later I got a message from Tony, clearly not his real name saying that the dispatch was dealing with it....in short they never had the goods in stock, the are very ignorant and do not have the common coutsey to reply..tried for refund for weeks and here we are 6 weeks later I had to get the bank to re-call the transaction. Pity I have to give these Rude lieing scammers 1 star. You may drop lucky but there again you might not, your choice.
