Still Waiting for a refund… from 5 months ago!
Incredibly disappointed, I’ve ordered multiple times from them and for the most part they are fine, in February I made an order and it never arrived, I contacted them for a refund and was completely ignored, it’s almost been 5 months and I’m yet to receive a refund, I’ve emailed them multiple times and I’ve been ignored and not treated correctly, I’ve given them a final notice till I take it further, it’s not about the money anymore it’s the principle and how unfair they’ve been about the entire situation.

INCREDIBLY POOR. recieved the wrong item contacted the support team to be ignored for ages. Got told i would have the correct item sent asked for ETA to be ignored. Highly poor support team and receiving the wrong product has brought my view on this company down completely. I cannot recommend after how bad my experience has been.

Terrible customer service
Place an order with 2-3 day delivery and after a week it had not been dispatched. When it finally arrived several items were wrong or missing and after a few emails querying the errors it was clear they did not care. Customer service is terrible and they clearly have a ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered on Monday still not even been dispatched, no one answers your messages or emails. To be honest, I wasn’t even gonna use them again after they sent me the wrong stuff out last time which I didn’t sort out either. Terrible company. Steer clear if I was you.

I placed an order a week ago. This was placed before 2pm (which web site states order before 2pm and will be dispatched the same day) i have tried to call them, but they do not answer calls. I emailed which they take ages to respond too. A man called Tony advised he would forward email onto dispatch team and I would hear back from them. Never heard back from them. They have taken my money and don’t send goods

Dont trust the offers
Dont trust the offers. Nothing ever arrives. Placed an order with a promo on website for Free Mystery box with orders over £50. And guess what, No mystery box Nothing free was sent. Their Customer service is very lacking and hard to get any answers. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Order number 197650. Being promised somebody will look into this but not sure

Ordered 3 bottles of e liquid and coils…
Ordered 3 bottles of e liquid and coils on the 20th May. It took over a week to arrive, when the package arrived it only had the coils, on the invoice e liquid was crossed out and marked refund. I have requested 4 times for a refund, still waiting for it one month one after the order.
I would never order from the company again, totally unprofessional and disgusting customer service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Used the whole time I've been vaping. Never had an issue with delivery or getting things I've ordered. Even times flavours I have ordered have sold out, they're always quick to call to offer replacements with plenty of other options. Always extremely quick with delivery too

No value towards long term customers
Most of the time I have no issue with eliquid base, usually great experiences. Yet I am sadly writing a 1 star review, this is because I am yet it receive/ be refunded for a order I made in December of 2025 and it is June 2026 meaning it has been half a year. It’s been half a year of numerous emails, phone calls and more all coming from my side and yet no resolve from them, evidently meaning they do not value long term customers as I have been a loyal customer since around 2023.
