Eliquid Base Avis 

Brilliant postage. I ordered yesterday and elquid posted it in the same day, it came today. Brilliant flavours too.

Absolutely shocking customer service , I ordered 500ml of vape juice , instead of sending the 500ml bottle , they sent 5 x 100ml bottles , that itself is not the issue ,the issue is that all 5 were out of date with 2 of them expiring in 2024 , I only noticed this after I used at least 2 bottles ( expiry date very small text ) , I have sent numerous emails , WhatsApp messages and at first they accepted fault and were going to replace them, since then the communication from them has been shocking , conflicting messages from different people , and refusal to engage , at first they blamed thier supplier but ultimately they have sold out of date
products. I sent photographic evidence to support this and 3 weeks later I am still in the dark.

Dont even bother. Parcel lost 2 times and eliquidbase refuse to respond. Put of pocket over £100 absolute joke. Will NEVER EVER touch these again. Vapstreams or ecigone are far better and actually communicate if something is wrong with the order.

Previously about a year ago eliquidbase were very good and responsive but have been taken over by new people and they just don't give a shit about customers or their experience but are more than happy to send emails every day promoting new offers luring people in to their SCAM.

If I could liquidate this company I generally would. Horrific experience never to be used again

Eliquid base uk has a great range of products on their website. Delivery time is awesome. Recieved tracking details 1 day then product arrived the following day. Very competitively priced. There’s really no need to go anywhere else. Customer service is second to none. Excellent company.

I like the communication with the company and the passion they have for the products. They are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have the cp 15k in blueberry sour raspberry and honestly can’t put it down. Excellent product and recommendation from the team here

They didn’t have my flavour pods that I ordered, but it was soon sorted they sent me the same flavour but pods to a different vape and a couple of new vapes to go with the pods

Great company, however have placed two orders for solobar refills and each time they have contacted me and advised that they haven't got the flavours I requested in stock so have had to choose from what they did have. Apart from that very friendly and reasonably quick delivery.

After a bad experience previously I placed an order again after I spoke to the new management, they told me things have changed and to give them another chance, the advisor was real friendly and professional, I placed my order got it all intact and it was correct, since I have bought items twice and had no issue with anything at all, they have redeemed them selves under the new ownership. Keep it the great service up.
