I bought this wigwam for my grandchildren.
I bought this wigwam for my grandchildren aged from 6 months to 9 years. It arrived promptly and I am delighted with the quality of the fabric and poles. It is a good size and I am sure the children will have many hours of fun while using it.

I should search more before I ordered.
I bought a lovely baby gym from little Ella James via notonthehighstreet.com on 30th January. The delivery itself was very quick. However when I received the order, the box was smashed. (Inside was fine) It seemed it was the last one and it had been there for ages.
The reason why I gave a star is I just found exactly same baby gym from Scandiborn.co.uk which is £50 cheaper... I understand each shop sells different prices but I was shocked... especially the baby gym seemed it was the last one. And they don’t have in on their website from notonthehighstreet.com. After I ordered...
It is very shame as they have very nice collections... However they seem overcharged shop...
it could be nice if the item was last one and told me the box was not good condition and I could decide what I wanted to do. I learned I should search before I buy something for next time. This £50 diffence was a good lesson.
I don’t recommend to order from here if anyone buy something for presents.

I think we have resolved this now , you placed your order on Wednesday night so it was due to be despatched on Thursday to arrive with you on Friday , we had a snag on Friday and we spoke to you and you said that Saturday morning would be fine so we upgraded the service to Saturday delivery with Royal Mail and it was delivered on Saturday morning.

Thank you for your review , we have checked the delay with your parcel as it was sent out on time with Express delivery by our team , it seems that delivery was attempted at your address and no one was present to sign for the parcel , so you were left a card and the parcel was then collected from the Post Office.

Ordering and receiving a teepee
The two packages arrived exactly when I expected. My only criticism is that the wigwam poles had not been packaged very securely and there were holes in the packaging. The outside plastic was very mucky. I haven’t erected the teepee as yet as it is a Christmas gift for my grandson. The ordering process worked like a dream as I had to order via phone.

Far too small for an adult
This stool looks really lovely on the website but on arrival is actually very, very small. It’s child sized and looks ridiculous with an adult sitting on it (and I’m only 5 foot). It’s too low for me to use under my normal sized dressing table. The seat itself is fine, it’s the legs that are much too short. I’m going to have to send it back. The quality is also poor and looks cheap and the backrest feels quite flimsy so I wouldn’t want to lean back on it. Not an impressive product. On the positives, the delivery was very fast - it arrived within a couple of days or ordering.

We are sorry that you were not happy with the Pink Velvet stool. This little piece of furniture is intended to be used as a low stool , either as an extra seat in a living room or as a seat at a low dressing table . We think you must have misread the product dimensions on the product page , as it does say that the height of the legs is 23cm , but please don't worry , we will of course refund your order in full upon receipt
