a Complete NIGHTMARE!!!
I cannot even give this company one star. The entire shopping experience has been a nightmare. I have yet to receive my product a month after ordering it, and Ella will not refund me my money. I suggest taking your business elsewhere! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

As you know we have been tracking your order to the USA with our freight forwarder for the last 10 days or so. We have now got to the bottom of the delay . The postcode that you have put on the order is incorrect and delivery has been attempted but failed as the address is incorrect. We have emailed you to explain this and we would appreciate if you could withdraw or amend this review.

We haven’t put up the baby furniture yet but the communication between myself and the staff has been fabulous. The response and information regarding delivery has been amazing and very helpful. I will definitely buy from Ella James again.

Sadly , there was a systems error and the product that you ordered should have shown 'Out of stock'. Unfortunately it did not and it enabled you to proceed with the purchase. We can confirm that a full refund has been processed.
