My twin sister was in tears
My twin sister is expecting her first baby and when I came across this beautiful hamper, I knew she would love it. I am based abroad so wasn’t easy for me to come across to the U.K. and shop for items. The range of hampers are plenty and for each persons budget. I went for the £150 hamper which had everything my sister needed for her first baby gift.
I received happy messages from my sister and brother in law. My sister was in tears over how gorgeous it was and loved the baby gown. Lovely attention to detail, beautifully wrapped ( I paid for extra gift wrapping) and the items inside were perfect.
It arrived swiftly and I would recommend Ema and Boo to anyone wanting a lovely gift.

Great online store with beautiful baby products! I bought a jumper for a newborn and I’m very happy with my purchase. Everything arrived as expected and the quality is great.
The customer service was excellent — they were very kind, responsive, and helped me with all my questions via email. It’s clear they really care about their customers.
I will definitely shop here again and highly recommend it!

Such a gorgeous gift
Such a gorgeous gift! I sent this hamper to my sister after she had her baby and she said it was one of the nicest gifts she received. Everything was beautifully wrapped and arrived quickly. Highly recommend Ema and Boo.

We're sorry to hear that your order has not arrived yet.
Your order was placed on Saturday and dispatched the next working day on Monday via Royal Mail 1st Class, exactly as selected at checkout. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so customers receive their gifts promptly.
Once parcels are handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are unfortunately outside of our control and occasional delays within the postal network can happen.
We do find reviews like this a little unfair, as we were not contacted regarding the delivery before the review was left. We are always happy to help track parcels and assist with any issues if customers reach out to us directly.
We work very hard to provide a reliable service and the vast majority of our orders arrive quickly and without any issues.

We have checked the tracking for your order placed on 9th February. The parcel was sent via Royal Mail Signed For service and, according to Royal Mail’s tracking, it was delivered and signed for at the delivery address on 11th February.
Royal Mail has confirmed successful delivery of this parcel.

Tracking number didn't work for me (international)
After receiving the company’s response, I understand that the order may indeed have been delivered correctly and on time. The main issue from my side was that the tracking link did not work for me when accessed from abroad, so I had no visibility on the delivery status and could not confirm receipt (especially since this was a gift and I couldn’t reach the recipient).
This seems to be more of an international tracking/access issue rather than a problem with their dispatch process. If you are ordering from another country, you may want to consider this potential limitation when relying on tracking.

We’d like to clarify that the tracking link provided is working correctly and, when accessed, clearly shows that the order was delivered on 8th January, the day after it was placed on 7th January. This is next-day delivery and fully in line with our service.
We understand that the order was sent as a gift and that you were unable to contact the recipient, however this is unfortunately outside of our control. The parcel was delivered successfully according to the courier’s tracking.
If you had contacted us directly, we would have been more than happy to go through the tracking with you and assist where possible. A 2-star review based solely on difficulty reaching the recipient does not reflect the delivery or service provided.
We do hope you’ll consider updating your review, as the order was dispatched promptly and delivered the very next day.
