I have had an issue regarding my mortgage. I had a payment plan in place with which I was abiding too. Engage credit adjust the interest rate with which put me slightly in arrears. They then we’re going to charge me interest on this I also received a letter 14days after I had paid my monthly instalment to say that they had not received this instalment. It was very stressful for me and my wife

We are paying our mortgage finally off…
We are paying our mortgage finally off this month 1,600 which has been an absolute struggle. My husband was on dialysis for 4 year and needed a kidney transplant. Engage were informed several times about this and didnt offer any help at all. We asked for a break for 2 month which would of helped massively we were refused. Now we are in arrears of 27,000 after paying off our mortgage. They said if we dont pay this off by end of October this year then they going to charge us 5.04 per day which is appalling talk about getting kicked in the teeth . Can you help regards ged and eileen blair
