The male who took my call was brusque…
The male who took my call was brusque and unhelpful. I rang as I had an issue with my mortgage payments going forward he insisted I provide my husbands financial details even though he isn't named on the mortgage .I advised him I am not fully aware of his income and outgoings nevertheless he insisted then told me we have £600 surplus money left after the mortgage is paid . This is totally inaccurate but he insisted we pay more and wasn't helpful or sympathetic towards our financial circumstances even though I have had recent severe ill health and had to reduce my working hours as a result .
I was really distressed by his attitude.
Wouldn't reccomend this mortgage company at all they are just sharks

I had the pleasure of speaking with Amir today, and I honestly can’t thank him enough. After explaining my mum and dad’s difficult situation, he was so understanding, compassionate, and genuinely listened. We’ve been customers for many years and have been passed from one person to another, but Amir was by far the most amazing agent we’ve ever spoken to.
He was kind, patient, professional, and his empathy really came across throughout the whole conversation. He made us feel heard and supported at such a stressful time. I am going through a divorce and the past 8 years has been a total nightmare. I honestly don't know where I would be if it wasn't for the support I have received from Engage. Help with Mortgage arrears
Thank you so so much for your help today , Engage Credit have been very helpful to me.
They have a heart and soul off trying to understand individuals and take care of each person’s problems by helping me personally in paying my arrears in instalments..what I could afford..
After the operation I started work again and by them allowing me to pay the amount I think I can pay on a weekly basis this really helped me enormously.
