Highly recommended
I required an updated EPC certificate for the sale of my house and was drawn to EPCS thanks to their great reviews and very competitively priced assessments (£50 cheaper than what my estate agency quoted me). Drew came out the following day, on time and was quick and thorough in his assessment and explanation to my various questions. I highly recommend! Booked within a day, great communication prior to appt, arrived on time and completed with no issues. I needed an EPC at short notice for a property out my area
I needed an EPC for a property out of area and was recommended Karim from my usual contact.
Karim was able to arrange the EPC even though my availability was very limited, he worked with me to get it booked in and completed very quickly.
He was polite in all interactions, invoice was issued promptly and the EPC made live immediately upon my payment.
This assisted me in maintaining compliance with my property.
I will definitely use again and recommend to others.
