Karim was very professional in doing his work. He tried to maintain a good conversation with me whilst doing his work. He also ensure he asked permission before going through different ares of the house.

I had my EPC carried out by Karim, he was very friendly and polite, the job was done quickly and in a very professional manner, the service was professional from beginning to end,

I booked an inspection on line not really knowing what to expect I met the inspector at the property and really put me at my ease he talked me through the process explaining everything along the way in my opinion a lovely man who went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible I would Highly recommend this company to anyone who requires an ECP Report

A very positive experience. Booked online and received a call to confirm a date/time on the same day. Drew turned up within the agreed time and provided a 15min heads up. Certificate uploaded to gov website quickly. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.
