I wish I had read Tom's review before…
I wish I had read Tom's review before purchasing from Equip4gyms. Equip4gyms shipped the wrong item. Equip4gyms then took almost a month to collect the item, and almost a month after that I am still waiting for a refund. If it can happen to both of us it can happen to you - AVOID Equip4gyms.

Hi John, thanks for your review.
This is the reply we sent your review on Google Reviews:
"Hi John, thanks for the review, apologise you are unhappy but the collection did take 2 weeks as you refused put the item back on the pallet, we cannot refund until the item is returned. Bike sent was the keiser M3 photo'd, but we are still happy to refund you fully.. Hopefully the item will be returned this week and we can both move on."
We've since collected the item, and have resolved the issue.

Avoid at all costs
So I won a competerion in November that this company were holding back on November of 2020. It was to win a cross trainer and a full set of dumbells.
In the end I received the cross trainer damaged after having to chase up where it was as hadn't received it, but let that slide as I was greatful. The dumbells never materialised and they were what I was mainly going to use in lockdown for training while the gyms were shut.
I chased the dumbells up for all the months since and eventually the company went from saying they were enquiring what had happened to them to completely ignoring me.
Please avoid as they will more then likely do the same to other customers

Sent me the wrong item
Sent me the wrong item. It wasn’t a refurbished bike. Botched the replacement. Agreed to refund then didn’t refund me. Luckily PayPal did.
The attitude of the owner on the call was diabolical. Said he would refund me “if he had time” then didn’t. Thank god for PayPal 🙏🏼
