Great customer service and speedy delivery. Couldn't fault the service. So much so I have purchased several pieces from Equip4gyms.

Brilliant service. Purchased two running machines, two cross trainers and a squat rack. Exactly what I was expecting.

The worst experience ever. Purchased pretty much a full gym from these guys. It's been 3 months since we placed our order and all the items still haven't been delivered yet. Some of the equipment that have been delivered are damaged and some not even functional. We have been constantly lied to by everyone we have spoke to at the company. Deliveries turned up with missing items on several occasions. Call backs promised but don't happen. 3 months on and we still haven't received our 2 missing items and none of the repairs have been carried out. We had a similar issue with the first time we ordered from them but we were promised that the second time they would make up for it. The second experience turned out to be worst than the first. I would definitely not recommend these guys. Honesty is the best policy and these guys are not honest.

I have purchased several machines through the years from them and will say that they are the best priced equipment anywhere on the net especially reconditioned and used gym machinery. If you have any problems they are soon to sort them out for you. Definitely check out any items in their sales absolute bargains. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

Have bought quite a few gym machines off equip4gyms and have never had any problems. Real happy with everything I've got. Can not fault this company at all. Thanks again equip4gyms and hoping to do more business again in future!

I bought the E4G rubber encased dumbbells and been massively impressed with the whole experience. The customer support is amazing and they setup a chat on WhatsApp and answer any queries. The guy I was dealing with even went and took pics of dumbbells I was after and compared then against the hex counter part to show me the difference.
The dumbbells themselves are amazing value. The communication and service has been amazing and the delivery was really quick too. Came in open box shape pallet.
Will highly recommend using them and I will personally always check the site got any further equipment.

I purchased a used, commercial spin bike from Equip4Gyms a little while back. The service, price, product quality and delivery were all above what was expected. I believe, within two days the bike was delivered; well wrapped on a pallet. Absolutely faultless and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I ordered a techno gym treadmill from Equip4Gyms a few weeks ago. It was delivered promptly after placing my order and was in immaculate condition.

Brilliant service and lovely bunch of guys in the office who were more than happy to answer all of my questions and queries.

I purchased a couple of large, heavy items and all is good. There were some initial delivery date issues that appeared to be down to the courier. All was resolved in a timely manner and the items delivered at the newly agreed date. I also benefitted from a free delivery promo code that Equip4gyms emailed to me. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more kit, and do, in fact, have my eye on some right now!

Absolutely awful experience on two occasions that we used this company. We purchased equipment which they went on to sell to someone else, then offered us an alternative that was not the same or what we wanted.

We waited 8 weeks on delivery of the items and there was no sign. They then told us several lies about what had happened and made us wait a further two months for a refund.

Honestly, if you are thinking of using this company .. don’t!! I have never experienced such bad customer service in all my life. AND not only once but twice .. so no excuse!

The fact remains that they sold the item we purchased which caused the delays and issues in the first place. Offering an upgrade does not make this okay. And it’s not a one off as they had done it before also.

In addition to this .. they say the issue with delivery was due to Brexit but we had the same problem prior to Brexit.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but after the experiences we have had with this company, we feel people ought to know the hassle they are in for if they choose to purchase from them. Perhaps ours were isolated incidents but sadly we believe this is highly unlikely!!

Ordered online and the following day was advised of the planned delivery date. Was no problem to amend this to the following day.

Item arrived as described, in good condition for a used treadmill.

Would definitely recommend this seller.
