Returning customer
I had a very good experience with the ETA the last time I owned a car and they were my first choice this time. Having personal cover is great as I drive my husband's car from time to time. My only issue is that the website is not always easy to use.

i had some problems with the application process.application form was simple enough
The application form was simple enough, but was repeatedly rejected as were a couple of my attempts to make the payment . I tried again today and it worked first time.

So after paying into the system for 10 years, being let down by your computer glitch, yet I've still not have a refund for poor service, Your incompetent. Perhaps I should get in touch with rogue traders

We’re very sorry again for the service you received. To clarify, this review relates to the same incident you mentioned in your earlier Trustpilot post, which we have already addressed in detail. We have offered compensation for the inconvenience caused, but if you remain dissatisfied, our policy wording includes the contact details of the insurance industry ombudsman, who can provide independent review.
Great cover ,good price and exactly what I need
I found the process of contacting and completing my application simple and informative. I chose the bike breakdown cover but will be looking into insurance too for my round Britain cycle. The price was very reasonable and the bike cover exactly what I was looking for.

We launched the UK's first cycle breakdown cover over 30 years ago and it's still going strong. We're pleaseed to hear you found the sign-up process easy to use. Don't forget that if you go for the full cycle insurance, Cycle Rescue is included for free so we would refund your unused policy if you decide to make the switch. Comprehensive cover at affordable prices. We bought a mobility scooter policy. ETA’s policy offered broader coverage and greater protection than any of the cheaper budget alternatives. Very easy to purchase on line and the customer care team are easy to contact and very helpful. Would recommend 100%.

Highly recommend ETA
My first time using this company to insure my mobility scooters (I also have another policy with them for my electric trike). Very happy with the price of the policy. Had to make a small claim for some accidental damage. Excellent customer service though the whole process, Thank You Callum !!

Great insurance company
I have had my insurance with ETA for a while now. They have been great to deal with throughout. Easy to get in touch with and talk to when I was changing bike details. I recently claimed for a rear tyre and insert and it has been a very pleasant dealing. Thanks again ETA for being easy to deal with.
