The worst place you can order from. Literally the worst. They claimed they will deliver through DHL but then handed over the package to skynet. Skynet handed over the package to UPS who then kept changing the delivery time/instructions. They removed one dress from the order for quality reason but still charged me for it. 15 days and still no funds are returned. I am still waiting for the package and still waiting for the return.

Brought a outfit from them for £50 and it was ripped, the quality of the kameez was so bad and thin, you could see everything underneath, for a pakistani company i want to ask them what were they thinking? if i wore this in Pakistan id be stoned or assulated. It was not worth £50, the stitching was not good at all and I will never buy from them again.

Avoid this company at all costs. They claimed my package was lost and refused a refund, then suddenly “found” it only after I threatened legal action. The clothes themselves are see-through and poor quality, and the way they operate shows a complete lack of integrity and morals. Dishonest and disappointing from start to finish.

Overall brand is good also fabric is soft.. Good experience with ethnic.

Only if I had read these reviews before giving this scam company Ethnic business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SEND YOU WRONG SIZES AND WHEN YOU RETURN THE CLOTHES THEY WILL TAKES WEEKS TO REPLY AND WILL NOT REFUND MONEY IN FULL. THEY WILL CLAIM YOU HAVEN'T SENT ALL THE ITEMS BACK TO KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I SENT EVIDENCE OF ROYAL MAIL SLIP AND WEIGHT RECEIPTS BUT THEY CHOOSE NOT TO REFUND ME.SCAM ALERT.
The clothes are huge, cheap quality Photo are different to the actual product.

The best customer service at White City branch which is newly open very helpful staff and made my return so easy what I bought online they return that at store without any hassle.

If you pay by PayPal they will never help you if you just changed your mind and they favour the seller.

The company’s messages are a waste of time and it took me over 2 months to get a refund and delayed it further saying PayPal will refund me.

I got a refund for 1 item and the other item said they never received it back which was very convenient.

I finally just left it as what they have done to customers will come back and haunt them,

I would never buy from this company again and please think carefully if departing with your money as if you have to refund you will never see your refund .

I sent 2 items back nearly 4 weeks ago emails back and forth saying I will get refund, I paid through PayPal and refund has been pending for over a week. Rubbish customer service first time buying and my mistake I spent over £127. Will never buy again. They fine to take our money but they have problem refunding. Always sends automated emails back..DO NOT BUY OFF THEM. I have raised complaint with PayPal. They have my items and now I am down in over £30.

Worst experience ever. Anyone who is thinking of buying from them please change your mind. Go to khaadi or Junaid Jamshed if you are from UK. I have ordered two dresses from ethnc a month ago. Never received the order. Parcel was lost by royal mail and was returned back to them already but still I have to keep calling them and email for a refund and they charged me for delivery and return cost. I have never received the order in the first place. Royal mail lost the parcel and I have been charged for delivery and return cost. I wish I have never purchased anything from them. Its so unfair for charging me for delivery and return cost.

Most of their clothes shrink. If you buy one that fits you right you won’t be able to wear it after washing!!!

I ordered three outfits from the online store in Pakistan, and only two of them arrived. I lodged a complaint about receiving only two items (despite having paid for three), and sent all the photo evidence. Then I got an email (only after asking for an update mind you!) saying that they investigated, couldn’t find any discrepancies, and therefore could not help me. I told them what the discrepancy was! I provided the evidence! And yet their customer service was entirely unhelpful. I’m waiting for them to respond to my email about the investigation process, because I haven’t the faintest idea how else to explain I didn’t receive my item. I will be calling tomorrow also.

I had a very bad experience for refund with ethnic uk. They post their items when you buy the every next day. But if u are looking for a refund then they take very long to refund your money. So just be careful may be you have to call them many times to get your money back. This is my honest experience with them.

The fabric of my outfit was stiff, synthetic and with a sheen rather than breathable soft and natural feel that one expects from cotton outfits. Highly disappointed.

Refund still not processed really bad communication it has been 3 months don’t shop from them safe your money

Sent me the incorrect trousers despite the description of the suit on the website stating it comes with off white culottes, they sent me teal ones. Asking me to return the full suit at a cost to myself despite it being their error. Now refusing to send the correct trousers because I don’t want to return the full suit!

I had ordered a suit from ethnic, but I received the wrong and damaged item. It's not even a complete suit there is only a see-through shirt without a slip, and the shirt is also damaged at the neck. The tag is half torn as well. I have submitted a return request, but I haven’t received any reply yet. According to their policy, returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. How am I supposed to return the item if no one responds.
